One of those Elseworlds storylines where we see how our characters lives are X number of years down the road if things are like this.

How far ahead? Well...I was thinking it might be 'College years' or having some of the Teen heroes old enough that now they're the JLA, or even have it far enough ahead that most of the adult heroes are now retired, and even some of the heroes like Titans and YJ are coming up to the point where they need to contemplate their own retirements.

It sounds like a cool idea, and I'd be up for it but...we have really really bad luck with Elseworlds stories. There's been like, 4 or 5 and we haven't finished 1 yet.

I'm for it. :D As cliche as the future timeline things are, I think it's fun....as long as everyone doesn't have a reeeealy depressing future(My character included) like we've done all the other times. Why do we have to torture them so? Why can't they just be happy?

Heh, yeah i know. Well maybe we'll luck out with this idea.

And I wasn't planning on an uber depressing future. TL will probably be a full Green Lantern by then and that's his dream.

So at least one person gets a happy future :)

Hm, how far into the future should this go? College years? JLA? A couple decades? Post retirment? Legion of Superheroes!? All the options!

Hm, let's see, the OYL thing will actually put some of them in college. I'm thinking JLA or a couple of decades.

Okay, so the storyline would have the Titans/YJ/maybe some outsiders

as the new JLA. I'm actually gonna try setting this up. Wonder who the leader of this generation would be? Shinobi? Teen Lantern? Harm? Wonder Woman II(Cassie)

Hm, I discussed this with Lani and we agreed the leader should be...Shinobi! The leader's always Harm and Wondy or one of the bats, it'd be interesting to have some new blood as it were.

Well, we could have Shinobi and CM3 be leader.

CM3 can be Shinobi's loyal sidekick. Second in command or something. Or...one could be the field leader...y'know, in command when on the battlefield, but the other could lead in other situations.

Interesting idea...but no more posts on it since May. Is this storyline concept dead, Shinobi? Or just in stasis? Or incubation?

I also had an idea hwile playing video games today: DC vs. Street Fighter (or Capcom in general)!

this'd be in the 'elseworlds' story area though probly. Think about it: Bison becomes a threat to World Security so great the Justice League gets involved, and yadda yadda etc etc., tears open space/time to accidentily bring other characters in and...stuff.

I never actually got around to reading 'X Marks the Teen Titan' what happened in that story anyhow? A Darkseid/Thanos teamup? Wolverine making people call him daddy?

Actually it was a Magneto/Prometheus team up. And Wolvy ended up fighting with Harm a lot. It just...dragged on after awhile.

Alright, well then, with the new direction of this idea which Cliche should we go with?

Adult Titans OR combine a random fighting game into the RPG for a brief crossover?

Darkstalkers would be awesome. I just started getting into the comic book series actually. If we did a fighting game one, would it be like a tournament or something? I'd like to do the adult Titans one as well though. Hm, not sure. I'd say combine both but...that would just be confusing and wouldn't make sense lol.

Well then, the solution is obvious.


We do Adult Titan's in Elseworlds, while having the DC Vs. Darkstalkers(or just a DC Vs. Capcom ala Marvel Vs. Capcom, getting people from everythin') as a legitimate storyline in one of the other sections.

And i'd say it depends on the configuration/cast.

That works for me, just two questions. One, are we having the current Titans visit the adult ones or are we just having what the adult ones are doing? And the second is more of a suggestion. We might want to do fighting games in general so people who don't play the Capcom ones and still have like, Soul Calibur or Tekken people to make the job a little easier as for who'd play those people.

That could work, everyone could be drawn into something like the 'Battle Nexus' from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles lol, I was thinkin' about Tekken, GO HEIHACHI!

And yeah, I was figurin' just the Adults doin' what they do.

That works for me, there might even be a few of the Outsiders on the team now that I think about it. *coughDoomsdaycough* And you know they're coming up with a 3D Ninja Turtles movie.

Hm, nope, I did not know that.

And of course, you do realize that if Mortal Kombat gets involved Harm WILL be fighting Scorpion at some point. (or Shinobi. They're the two logical choices)

Which one exactly? The video game one or the future one? The next main story for Titans/YJ will be the future one, but I totally forgot about the video game one. As you said it would be a cool, fun story to do.

Okay ladies and gentlemen, i've decided to finally get around to starting the latest and greatest FUTURE TITANS storyline!

That's cool by me, I'll post when I can. Though I'm thinking about moving it to the Teen Titans section since it's the next main storyline, though I guess I could wait until White Sun's over so there's no confusion.
