Weakness: Horribly burned over much of his body, this often causes pain in some movements and makes him a bit sensitive too objects that are too heated.

History: Chance has been controlling New York from the shadows since even before the Frey incident. His full history is unkown, some people think he used to be a cop, some people a simply mafioso who got ambitious. However, within a few years he had become New Yorks 'Boss of Bosses'. Like 'Lucky' Luciano before him, he is interested only in profits not in 'honor' or 'vendettas'.

He finds Shinobi to be more of an annoyance and curiosity rather then a true adversary.

Recently, with the events of the crisis he has made an attempt to move from New Yorks power player too a global scale.
