Jay Andrews A.K.A Green Lantern A.K.A Teen Lantern was having some fun making his rounds in Edge City.
"oi...i should be happy we dont get much crime here...but i could use at least ONE big fight...maybe i'll go visit the justice society..." He said to himself as he hovered above the rooftops. "Their gl is suposed to be mentoring me..." He thought doing a few areal tricks for the kids in the nearby park.

The Kid Lantern has heard of many people which similar powers as his. One in particular was a kid. About his age who seemed to have the exactly same powers. Maybe he could find an answer there, may be he could help the boy.
So the Kid Lantern made his way to Edge City. He had nothing to lose anymore. He couldn't find any answers there. He couldn't contact the JLA nor the JSA. "I can't spend the rest of my life in this darkness!" The boy thinks.
He flies over Edge City with no direction. The boy has no idea where to look for Teen Lantern.

Tl was still playing with the kids when he noticed something odd...a spec of green in the distance.
He grinned thinking Allen had finally recognized his greatness and wanted him to join the justice society.
"Sorry kidlets gotta go for now." He said with a smile as they groaned. "hey dont worry. i live here remember?" he asked flying off towards the spec (for those who dont remember tl's costume...jeans died green...black sneakers..a green jacket with teh gl emblam drawn on in marker and a strip of green cloth working as his mask

Kid Lantern glared Teen Lantern as he approached. Kid Lantern stopped, hovering in the air and just waited as TL got closer.
"Hey man--" Says Kid Lantern. "--I don't think we've met."
