Lilith Clay, AKA Omen. A mysterious hero, she is a precognitive telepath witch, whose power seems to be teleportation. During the events of Graduation Day, Lilith died at the hands of an out of control Superman robot.

What the Titans were unaware of, was that Lilith's spirit survived the passing of her body. Given a new body, she was secretly inducted into a society of undead beings, the Reapers. Reapers can mask their identities, and even turn invisible. The Reapers are not like the Spectre, who causes death out of a quest for vengeance. Reapers merely facilitate a quick transition between life and death, and are essentially bail bondsmen for the recently-deceased, helping souls cross over into the afterlife when a person's time to die comes. Sometimes a person marked likely for death doesn't die, and experiences an out-of-body experience. The touch of a Reaper, causes this phenomenon.

Her original body was later temporarily re-animated by Brother Blood, and was later put back to rest by the Titans when they rescued Kid Eternity.

Those who aren't already aware of Reapers, cannot see a Reaper's true face. Lilith found a way around that with a little help from the mage Sirdar, when she revealed her presence to the Titans and Outsiders during an off-planet mission.

Although restricted from preventing the deaths of those whose names are written in indelible ink on her list, she often bends the rules in cases where names appear in pencil. Omen's appointment list is varied, and covers everything from natural to perversely ironic deaths. When one of her friends needs a laugh, she often offers to take them along to witness some of the more Darwinian ways human beings leave this life all on their own.

Lilith may be a Titan forever, but she cannot turn away from her calling to help souls cross over. And as such, comes and goes depending on her free time and assignments as a Reaper.
