Okay, being that I love to cook... I thought it would be fair enough for me to share some of my favorites, and see if anyone has any they can share too.
I'll start, with....:Chinese Chicken Fingers!
CHINESE CHICKEN FINGERS

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. salad oil
Slice chicken in long thin strips. Dip in batter. Deep fry in vegetable oil.
Enjoy.
Pumpkin Pancakes

In one bowl, mix together:
1 &1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 T. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
In a second bowl, stir together:
1 cup milk
6 T. canned pumpkin puree
2 T. melted butter
1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg product)
Fold the contents of the second bowl into the contents of the first bowl. Melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat; pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook pancakes about three minutes per side; serve with butter and syrup.
Makes 8-10 pancakes.
