I voted Stewie. Mainly because he is little and almost succeding so when he's older he'll kick tushie :P

Isn't Stewie inept as well though? lol I'm saying...Pinky and the Brain. Since I think Brain's the smartest one...hard to tell between him and Stewie though.

lol I was tempted to vote for Zim and Gir as well, especially because of all the alien tech and all. And yeah, they are totally awesome. :D

I'll go with Pinky and The Brain, Brain has come closer on more occasions then Stewie.
But don't count out Dogbert either. Who actually conqured the world on a few occasions, but got bored and abducated the throne because of the annoying stint of peace that occured under his rule.
