(The town is San Diego, the time 2030. The Justice League gave their lives in the second Infinate Crisis and the people of the world are devistated. Heroes from around the world are paying tribute and none more than the reletives of certain League members!)

A machine crashed into a bank, making people scatter, some though fight back "I'm not scared of you!" a high schooler grabs a metallic bell and throws it at
the girl "You can't touch me! I'm Tech, Mistress of all machinery!!! as tech is about to harm a the boy, a green flamelike substance shoots at her out of the blue and a girl with silver hair flies in "But I can!" "Spirit! I've been waiting for this chance to beat you!" "And I've been waiting for the chance to get a kiss from ths boy!" Spirit says back as she then shoots a blast of ectoplasmic ice, which freezes Tech in her place. As the cops come, Spirit smiles at them and says "She's all yours guys!" and flies off.

A few ways off, A girl in a black shirt with a golden-elecric "B" on it while wearing a blue Trenchcoat is taking on a water-user "Aqua-marina makes this guy look like a puddle!" she thought as she finished him off. After seeing his human form take up again she said "You just been drained Tsunami." and flew off as well.

What's the darkest place on Earth? The inside of a forgotten cavern? The bottom of the ocean? Curt Falconer, also called Uno, would say that it was the cell that his crippled body inhabited. He had been rotting there for the last 18 years. Uno, after coming back to life after the second Crisis, found himself at odds. He was a universal anamoly that wasn't supposed to happen. He was supposed to be dead.

Unfortunatly, Booster Gold's robot, Skeets, who had a twisted from plan the beginning to fix time, was not happy with this. He found Aztek and put up a fight with him, eventually defeating him and crippling him. Aztek fell to the ground and was immobilized, and shortly hospitalized later on.

A love interest of Uno's at the time had also recently conceived a child. When she had heard of Uno's fall, she decided not to abort but carry the child on, for Uno needed hope in his now shattered life.

The child was born and was named Emilio, after his grandfather. Emilio trained hard and strong, and when he was 16, became the new Aztek.

Emilio entered the sub terranian cell of Uno's and sat at his father's feet. "How are you," he asked.

"Lousy," Uno replied. "My friends are dead. If not for you, Emilio, I would have committed suicide ages ago."

"Father, don't talk like that," Emilio replied.

"No," Uno said. "You need to be up there. Find your friends. Help them. That's what being Aztek is about."

Emilio tried to smile back to his father, but recently, things have been tough. He grimaced and said, "Yes, Father. I will go." Emilio suited up, and took upward, surface-bound.

In one of the above buildings someone seemed to be watching intently as his teamates were being taken out by the assembled heroes. 'I think that's enough for me guys.' He sent a telepathic message to his fallen comrades as he turned around to see a human shaped shadow in front of him. While it was all in black, it was obviously a female form with exceptionally large pigtails. "I think not. Seems more to me like you'll be joining your friends." The form said darkly as she split into 3. 'Back off. You're not going to attack me. You're going to jump off the building and let me go.' The man telepathically sent to the three forms which didn't seem to work.

The middle one held the up up dangling him over the building as she pointed to her head with the other hand. "No brain. Nothing to control. Bye bye." The center one said as she let go with the other two kicking him the rest of the way off the building. As the three female forms became one again she started to walk away before a streak of smoke dashed past her and down the building. As the shadow form turned back the steak of smoke came back up and circled her dropping the unconscious villain in front of her. "Should I assume you knew I was going to catch him, cousin?" The smoke began to take form into a shapely teen girl with long black hair and piercing blue eyes. The pigtailed shadow girl smirked as she walked to the smokey newcomer. "I'm not your cousin Eva, I'm your aunt." Immediately after saying that the woman turned into an actual shadow and seemed to disappear. The smokey girl, Eva glared where the shadow had been, her eyes glowing red. "Very funny." She said dryly as she became mist once more and dashed into the direction the other heroes had.

Spirit and Battery landed near a small patch of land and battery looked at Spirit "Why'd we stop?" "We're waiting for the others" Spirit replied "Others? We're the only ones that do the crime fighting!" "No Molly, you're wrong there are others like us, so we gotta wait." "GRIFE!!!" Battery said as she put her hands to her side waiting "Were gonna be late for the conference!." she thought

A blur of smoke began to circle Spirit and Battery before it finally stopped in the form of Eva, codename Mist. "As if I'd ever be late. Really." After Mist stopped she began to solidify and her form became more visible. Her outfit was a mix of black, dark red and beige slashes, while the beige ones would mist from time to time. Turning to them Eva looked slightly annoyed. "Cousin dearest had one of his shadow avatars here so I don't know if he'll actually show up in person. But how's that from the norm, right?"

Behind Mist, a shadow began to take the form of a tall guy with long hair, like the previous pigtailed woman the form was all black. Mist turned around to see the shadow figure and let out a sigh. "First my aunt, now my uncle huh?" The shadow figure let out a smirk and a nod. "Do any of you shadow avatars actually look like Bloodpact? It'd be less creepy." The shadow avatar smirked once again. "Probably, but I just do what I'm sent to do. At least I'm not your mom." Mist rolled her eyes. "Fine, whatever. Let's go."

Meanwhile in the mountains of Tibet

"Shouldn't you be with Mist and her friends?" A woman with black hair asked calmly to the short haired teen next to her. "This is more important, Purge-sensei. Don't worry, I sent shadow avatars of my parents if they needed any help. They'll inform me when they get back." Purge shook her head with a slight smile as she was surrounded by a black aura which was copied by her protege. "You're such a bad influence." Elvira said, crossing her arms as she looked at the two. Purge opened one eye to look at Elvira. "And you're a sickeningly good one. Evens out, doesn't it?"

Battery smiled at Mist while looking at Spirit "Girl's gotta point, can we go now?" Spirit looked to Mist and said "Yeah, I feel like we can go now she then walked into the convention center, Battery following her.

Emilio rose to the surface and looked around. Where would he start? He had to do something to make his father proud of him. "He said to find my friends..." Emilio thought out loud. Looking around, he realized that he was utterly alone. No one was in sight at all. No one that he knew, anyways. Emilio sat on the ground, and picked up a rock and threw it to release his anger. "What friends!?!" he cried out to the heavens.

Zatamy Zatara was inside the council room and was thinking the same question "I was told by aunt Zatanna to meet some people here and I don't know if I'm right but I believe it's them." She looked at Spirit and Battery and felt some connection but didn't know where to put it.

Mist and Bloodpact's shadow avatar began to sit down with the others. "Out of curiosity do you even know why you're here?...Uncle Harm." The Harm shadow avatar smiled as it shrugged. "I'm just supposed to protect you and remember as much as I can and when we merge again, he'll know what I do." "So where's 'auntie'?" "Patrolling the area."

As the people quieted down, one woman looked up at the assembled crew and said "Spirit, do you or any of your members feel worried about the responsibility of the team now that the JLA is now gone?" Spirit looked forlorn but lookecd at the person and said "We will try as much as we can to Enforce what the JLA and teams like them started." Battery looked at the reporter and smiled saying "You know who you're talking to right?" the reporter looked at her and said "Of coruse I do."

Back in the Tibetan fortress, while Bloodpact's training started out traditionally it was anything but that now as he and Purge were fighting all out, with Purge seemingly getting the better of her protege. "Come on, Dewey. Stop holding back." Purge said with a dark smirk, reveling in Bloodpact's expression as he began to move much faster and surprisingly soon had Purge pinned to the wall with his foot to her neck. "I told you that before. No one calls me that. No one" "Care to try that with me?" Elvira spoke up, blatantly enjoying Purge's defeat. "Bring it."

Spirit adn battery were scilemntly getting bored of this conference as more questions were being asked "Why do they have to be so long!!!???" Mary thought and Battery was looking at some teens and thinking "Grife that boy looks cute!"

In a japanese temple, a robed figure was looking at a crystal ball while a little girl was helping him "What do you see dad?" she asked "I don't know. I do know that my student is getting bored as well" he then looked away from tje ball adn asked her "How is your mother and aunt doing with the boy?" the girl looked at him and said "Last time I saw, they were about to start, so I don't know what they're doing." "I understand now." he thought

While the shadow avatar of Harm seemed to be listening intently, Mist was nodding as she tried to stay awake. The fact that the whole thing was rather boring wasn't helped by her lack of sleep due to all the noise Supersonic was making. Whenever her mom was busy he always seemed to extra hyper. She wasn't even sure why they were having this press conference. They wanted to help fill the void the JLA left, and they'd do their best. They even took out a team before they got to the conference.

After a bunch of more questions, the meeting was over. As the group of teens went out of the hall, Battery looked at them and said "What do you think of that! I mean we do our part and all we get are "How will you compare to the Justice League!!!! It's unfair I mean we need to do something!"

"Something like what, exactly? Short of defeating Darkseid or something I don't think there's an instant solution." Mist said leaning against the wall. "I could always shadowport us to Apokalips." The Harm shadow avatar said with a amirk. "Very funny...I thought you guys didn't have a sense of humor." "What can I say? Bloodpact's getting better at it."

Zatamy piped up "I don't mean to inerupt but I think that we need to make our own team." Battery looked at her and said "That could work, I think that we already were like a team I mean we have more things in common than our reletives were." Spirit looked at the girl adn said "What's your name?" Zatamy looked at her and said "Zatamy Zatara, my auntie was in the JLA and My uncle did a little time in te Titans before quiting." "You're with us then." Spirit smiled at her and Zatramy smiled back and walked up to the group.

The Harm avatar nodded as Zatamy joined the group as did Mist. "Welcome." She said with a smile. "So do we actually have a headquarters or what?" Mist asked as 7 pigtailed shadow avatars landed around the group and formed back into one pigtailed girl. "Geeze, I was wondering when you guys would get out. This surveillance was boring the heck out of me."

Battery and Spirit looked surprised "Who're you!?" Battery asked

"That would be my 'auntie' to go with my 'uncle' here." Mist said as she pointed to the Harm shadow avatar. As both avatars looked at each other they seemed to trade a smile. "You can go back to Bloodpact, I think we'll be fine with just the Harm one." The pigtailed avatar nodded as she disappeared into the shadows.

Back in Tibet, the shadow avatar appeared just as Bloodpact was getting slammed into the wall, with Elvira looking quite confident. "Impressive but you still have a ways to go. And you have a visitor." Bloodpact groaned as he looked up at the shadow avatar which immediately merged with him and he let out a smirk. "I think Eva's slightly annoyed at me for missing the meeting."

"I wouldn't be suprised if you didn't go, it was like watching an old american made Kung fu movie." Waribashi came out of the shadows, his daughter following him and sat near Purge "How is your training going boy?" Waribashi was still upset that he had to watch Elvira's new student train while he was being forced to watch Spirit from afar, but he stil go tto torment the Grandson of Satan so it was alright.

Immediately following Waribashi's comment Bloodpact threw a dagger that landed almost an inch next to the mage's head. "I told you about calling me 'boy' 'Bashi." Bloodpact shot back as Purge let out a slight snicker at her previous nickname for him.

"He's doing a lot better, actually. We just need to work on that little temper problem of his." Purge said, poking Bloodpact in the head which got another glare. "Like father, like son." Elvira said with a smile. "Let's hope not..." Bloodpact mumbled in response.

In Tibet

Waribashi smiled at Bloodbact and said "You're lucky that my wife is training you or I would put you through hell!" he looked at Elvira and said "I think that Spirit is becoming very much like her parents as well, I mean who has that much patience?"

In LA

Spirit looked at the group and said "So what do we call ourselves? I mean we need a name that shows what we can do!" Battery looked at Spirit and said "I agree, We need something cool!" Zatamy said "Since all of our powers seem magical based, how about the Occults?"

"You're lucky that my wife is training you or I would put you through hell!"

"Bring it on, monkey boy." Bloodpact growled to which he got another poke from Purge. "You're losing your concentration. Don't forget, your power needs to be under close watch." She said with a serious expression, to which Bloodpact replied with a sigh. "I know I know." He grumbled as he took a meditation position again. "And you should join your friends soon. It's not wise to depend too much on your avatars."

"I think that Spirit is becoming very much like her parents as well, I mean who has that much patience?"

The White Mage gave a quick nod. "I agree. She's going to have her hands full with that group, but that's not too different from any other new team. They do have a lot of potential."

Los Angelas

"Since all of our powers seem magical based, how about the Occults?"

Mist cocked her head to the side as she thought of the name. Honestly she hadn't quite realized that so far the team was all magic users..or in her case a mutant/mystic hybrid but eh, it's close enough. "We could always reform the Shadowpact." The Harm avatar suggested with a smirk. "Sure, that's a good idea. Name ourselves after a team doomed to fail. Besides, the last thing Deu's ego needs is a team that sounds like his name. Occults is fine by me." Mist replied, getting a slight laugh from the Harm avatar. "Well fine, if you're going to be all picky about it..."

(it's fine, What I'm planning just needs the ancestors of these few.)

LA

Spirit looked down as they mentioned her mother's old team "I think that wouldn't work, I mean I'm not exactly a magical based user." Battery said Zatamy looked at Battery andsmiled "I forgot sorry." Spirit looked at them all adn said "How about th eEnforcers, I mean we all have something to enforce adn we ake sure that our parent's memories are enforced." I like it" Battery said "It sounds good to me as well." Zatamy said all three girls looked at Mist adn "Bloodbact for their take.

Tibet

Waribashi smirked at Bloodbact and then turned to his sister "You're right, I believe that they could do well."

Mist let out a shrug. "Yeah, I suppose Enforcers would make more sense. I change my vote." "Flip flopper." The Harm avatar muttered causing Mist to turn back to him. "I liked you guys a lot better before you had personalities...what's wrong?" Mist noticed that the Harm avatar seemed distracted. "I'm being summoned." Mist let out a slight smile. "Good. Tell Bloody to hurry here already so he can vote." The Harm avatar let out a nod as he disappeared.

Tibet

The Harm avatar appeared in front of Bloodpact as he opened his eyes and merged with him as well. "Hm...didn't miss too much actually. I'll see you guys later." Bloodpact said as Purge had suggested for the third time that he should go to the others. Which was a polite way of her saying 'Go now or else.' and he wasn't going to push it since he'd already caught her with her guard down once today.

"Yeah yeah, Enforcers is cool with me." Bloodpact said, appearing behind Mist. Stepping from behind his cousin, he had a look like he was there purely out of obligation. As usual his shoulder length hair was covering most of his left eye but you could still see both green and black eyes for the most part. He wore sort of a black trenchcoat top(similar to Secret's) with green flames.

Spirit looked at Bloodpact and smiled "Glad you could join us" she said and then said "Well Enforcers it is then." she then got in to the middle and said "Where shall our base be?" Battery looked at her and said "I say Dakota City" she then looked at everyone else as though she was right.

"Why Dakota City? Any reason in particular?" Bloodpact asked without really making eye contact. Personally he didn't care where they stayed as long as it wasn't a really obvious place. Headquarters, especially superhero ones have a tendency of being broken into.

Spirit smiled and said "That's only because battery's mentor is there and she feels like she's her sister or something." "Of course, Shockwave tought me everything I know, I miss her." Battery said a little smile across her face "But if you guys have anything I'm game!" Zatamy piped up "How about just right here? I can get the data from the old Teams that our reletives were on, it'll be no big deal."

"Right here? Nice. We won't actually have to go anywhere." Mist said with a sly expression. "Lazy." Was the only thing Bloodpact said, though he had a slightly humored expression as well. "Especially since we were first interviewed here I suppose. Could be making a statment. Though I would suggest some serious heavy duty security." "We? Don't you mean 'us'? You weren't here remember?" Mist stated after pointing to everyone else. "I was busy." "White Mage kicked your @$$ didn't she?" "No comment."

"If I remember correctly, Uncle's old team was called the Teen Titans" Battery said to Zatamy "And dad's old team was Young Justice" Spirit said Zatamy looked at everyone "Good so all we should do is split into teams and one goes to the Titans HQ and the other YJ!" BUt how do we know where they based, we weren't exactly born yet!" Battery said "I could ask uncle Zach." Zatamy said and she brought out a cell phone and called Zachary Zatara. After a while, she finished and said "Uncle says the Titans based in San Fransisco."

"Young Justice had 3 of them I believe. One was a cave, the other was a building and the third was a volcano. I've only been to the volcano one though. My parents took me there." Mist said, actually kind of glad she had some useful knowledge. "Yeah, I've been to Titans Tower once or twice. It's kind of run down now though." Bloodpact said after Zatamy got off the phone.

Spirit looked at the group "Well I say that we split into groups, Mist and Battery will go to the Volcano and Bloodpact and I will go to the Tower." Zatamy looked at Spirit "I can teleport you guys to each place so there's no need to worry about me, you should just go to their computer and get all of their data from each of the base, thats bios about themselves, their villains their base, practically everything!." Battery smiled "Aight, lets do this!"

" 's fine by me." Bloodpact said as he called the shadows. "You two have fun." Mist taunted with a smirk as she waited for Zatamy to teleport them. Sure she could have smoke-jumped or ran there but the Abyss isn't the kindest place to those who aren't connected to it. Bloodpact on the other hand simply sneered and continued to shadowport him and Spirit to the Tower where they appeared right in front of the Tower.

Titans Tower, San Francisco

Spirit looked around in shock as she was staring at the actual tower where her mother lived in "I wonder if her room is still intact!" she thought. "Let's go, were looking for the main computer, be on your guard."

Allyway, LA

Zatamy looked as they dissapeared "Wow, that was cool." she said "well anyway.... tropsnart tism, yrettab dna I ot eht JY onaclov!" she said and the three of them were transported to the Volcano lair of Young Justice III.

San Francisco

Bloodpact merely nodded as he slowly walked into the Tower. It was slightly surreal as he remembered when he was brought here before by his parents. It was hard to even think of his father not only being a member of a team but one of it's leaders. He'd known him his whole life as the physical embodiment of death, being neither good nor evil. Deu snapped out of it as he noticed that Spirit seemed to be deep in thought as well. "The computer room's over there."

Hawaii

"Cool." Mist gasped as she looked at the volcano. She had always found it odd the team had used that as an hq. Seemed more like a villain thing to do. "Well...let's go." With that Mist took off into the lair nothing more than a smoky blur.

Titans Tower

Spirit flew towards the Main computer and pressed one of the Keys, a whirring sound happened as a internet-style page came up and said "Welcome to Titans Tower" Spirit then looked at the files it offered and clicked on "System Memory" she then saw a disc adn put it inside with the computer putting it's data in the disc. "That was easy." she said and looked again around as she saw pictures of various Titans teams and even saw a picture of her mother as Spirit I with Harm, Wonder Woman V, Static and Rose Wilson. Spirit grabbefd some of the group pictures as well as some momento's of her mother's

YJ Volcano base

Battery jumped on her disc and flew after Mist while Zatamy ran after them both "So, what're we looking for again?" Battery asked "Were looking for the Main computer files that are in this base." Zatamy said "oh...Right." Battery said sheepishly.

(Wonder Woman V? Hm, Diana...Artemis, I believe...Diana's mom...Donna...you know...I think you're right.)

Titans Tower

Bloodpact seemed very cautious as he looked around. He could have sworn that the security system was still intact the last time he was here but Spirit was able to get the files off with no problem. As Spirit got the momentos, Bloodpact stayed quietly behind having no desire to get anything of his father's. His eyes did rest on the group picture when Spirit picked it up though. Bloodpact got a sudden chill down the back of his neck, which immediately explained the absence of the security. "...I thought you weren't supposed to be interfering anymore..." Bloodpact grumbled very lowly under his breath but the feeling had gone. "We have what we need. Let's go, Spirit."

YJ Volcano

Mist raced through the inside of the Volcano, looking for the computer room before she came to a stop. "Guys, I found i-" Before Mist could finish the sentence red lights began to flash. INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT! Immediately metal tentacles dashed out of the walls trying to wrap up the teens. Eva misted letting the tentacles pass through her as he thought. "Oh crap! The security! Um, what was the computer override? Um...Computer Override! Um...High Speed Wedgie?" Mist said, not completely sure. OVERRIDE INCORRECT. YOU WILL BE DETAINED UNTIL AUTHORIZED PERSONEL ARRIVES The mechanical voice said as one of the tentacles around Mist turned into a vacuum, forcing Mist to turn solid as not to get sucked up. "Oh great, they're learning how to defeat us. Um...Computer Override! Um..Master Prank! Greta Hayes! Greta Coolor! Secret!" Mist said as she kept trying to figure out the override that Supersonic had set the last time she was here. OVERRIDE INCORRECT. YOU WILL BE DETAINED UNTIL AUTHORIZED PERSONEL ARRIVES

Titans Tower

Spirit looked at him and said "Right, you gonna go get some momentos from your dad or mom's time?"

YJ Volcano

Battery looked at the cable coming and tried to get out of the arms, she was also noticing Zatamy trying to get her wand but to no avail "HELP!!!" the two cried all of a sudden a voice said "Legacy!" the arms stopped and went away "OVERRIDE APPROVED, WELCOME TO THE YJ VOLCANO BASE!" Battery turned her head and saw a teenaged black boy and an african american man smiling "That's impossible!!" she thought.

Titans Tower
Bloodpact seemed to pause as if considering the best way to answer. "My mom was never a Titan. And my dad well...I know enough of his time already." He bluntly said as he called the shadows to them and before they knew it they were back in their soon to be headquarters.

YJ Volcano
Mist breathed a sigh of relief as the tentacles stopped attacking. But it did make sense why the password didn't work, it had been changed since the last time she was there. Seeing the two who disabled it she cocked her head to the side. She didn't recognize them, but Battery seemed to.

Titans tower

Suit yourself." she said as she flew towards the portal witch indead took them to their "Base".

YJ Volcano

Battery looked at te two men and said "I thought you were still in Dakota!" "Shockwave gave me some time off" Johnny said "I don't know about Amistad though" Amistad gave a dinified cough and said "Well I just happened to see on my computer that someone was trying to get into the YJ Volcano and sindce I was told to protect it, I dexided to call the only one who could get their in time hence Johnny." Molly looked at them both "You don't have to protect me all the time!" Johnny looked at her and said " You guys better get the data and get back to your base" he then looked at Amistad and said "I have one more thing to tell you, Battery you are infact my sister, I just didn't want to tell you until the time was right, dad gave you to Shockwave and also gave her the disc and the materials to make your costume." "So are you in the buis too?" battery asked "Yeah, I go by surge." johnny said "You guys are new but if you need us we will be here." Amistad said and the two walked out Battery looked at them and then looked to Mist and said "Well, they're right let's go to our base!!"
