Real Name: Rebecca McCabe

Appearance: On the rather short side, Rebecca stands at a measly 5'1. She has long, midnight blue hair which she keeps in a braid. She has grey eyes and is slim from her days as a swim champion. She wears black rubber gloves on her hands to keep from shocking people, black, sleeveless body suit with knee high blue boots and a blue chest protector with shoulder guards.
Abilities: Can emit a static charge at will, travel across wires like an electric current, has a constant electro-magnetic aura around her. She can also walk on almost any surface because of static cling, but depending on the surface she has to concentrate her aura around her feet.
Weaknesses: Water (obviously) she'll be knocked unconscious if doused with water. If she doesn't concentrate while traveling through wires she could be completely lost in the electricity. If she doesn't keep her aura under control, random metal and pieces of fabric will cling to her. Has claustrophobia.
History: Rebecca is from the future. A future where a second big bang happened and caused an all out war between bang babies, meta-humans and superheros. The second big bang was created by some of the more evil bang babies who wanted more allies for their fight. She herself is a bang baby and was sent back in time to stop the war from coming. When the second big bang hit, it was world wide. She was with her mom who died while they were trapped under mounds of rubble. Thats where her claustrophobia comes from. She was mentored by an older Static then send back in time to Gotham City where she was trained by Oracle and Black Canary II. Currently she is out on her own looking for a new team and a way to stop the war.
Other information: Curious how she keeps clean if she can't take a shower? She focuses her aura and collects all the dirt and grime and then turns it into a little ball which can be thrown away.
