Real Name: Kira Damone

Age: 16

Appearance: Kira's long silver hair has been cut to a neck length. The ends have an inch of black. She has two peircings on her bottom lip, a tongue-ring, her lip peirced as well as three on each ear. Though she refuses to peirce her nose in case she rubs it. She has a black tee-shirt with a couple of words that shall not be named. Her pants are black now with two chains connected to the back of her legs making an 'x'pattern.

Abilities: Kira's power is to create various poisons and diseases. She can't turn up with something that caused instant death or a plague that would kill off a whole city. She can use her poison to lash out as a whip and she can spew locusts from her mouth.
When in battle she is seen with a scythe, but when she it's not on her either that it has been cleverly disguised. Though when it has totally disappeared, it's done by some magic that Kira isn't totally aware of. When she says "Gai." they scythe appears by unwrapping the invisible ribbon from her arm, and then pretty much appears from the bottom up. When she says "Toku." the scythe's ribbon wraps around her arm and the scythe disappears.

Weaknesses: Kira has Aquaphobia, a fear of water and will attempt to avoid water at all costs.
Kira also suffers from Phonophobia, a fear of loud sounds, and she can go temporarily insane when around loud noises for too long.

History: Kira lead a pretty good life. Her family was not too poor and not too rich, just kinda average. People around her did seem to get sick quite a lot though, especially people who angered Kira. When was little, she had always been afraid of loud noises, and it got to the point where she couldn't stand thunderstorms even when she grew up. There were times when she was surrounded by loud noises and she blacked out, waking up a couple hours later in trouble. She didn't always know why she was in trouble after the black-outs but she knew that someone had gotten hurt or the family pet had 'ran away'.
When Kira was 12 she had been to a public swimming pool and was enoying the coolness of the water. Kira had always dived under people, she liked to know the fact that show could easily go below obstacles. Except once she tried to resurface, something had blocked her way and was keeping her under the water.
She had gotten out before any real damage could happen, but after that she couldn't stand being around water, and had believed that she had almost drowned that day. She vowed to never go near water again.
Kira left her home at the age of 15, tired of her boring and avergae life. She set out for San Fransisco, home of the Teen Titans. She preffered walking to being driven everwhere, and it took her a full year to reach the city. Except the lonliness of her journey had kind of taken it's toll on Kira and she usually want to be around others to a very annoying degree.

Other information: Kira is a very hyper person. She can get past the point of annoying and be a down-right pest. She can be a great person to her friends, and someone very ugly personality-wise. Kira can also be very hostile and cold when the situation is serious. She will have absolutly no regard for the person she is fighting and will briefly give a damn after the fight's over.
