Static vs. High Velocity

I chose Static because he can stop HV with a Static cling and keep him there (Actually I'm suprised you chose him because they have nothing on common, but I don't do these so eh....)

I actually have a static Micro hero, with and without his trenchcoat if you want it.

Well, I figured between HV being able to vibrate through things and being as fast as a Flash, it'd be more of a whoever gets the other one first wins kind of deal. And yeah, the micro'd be helpful. I looked around for one and couldn't find it.

Personally, I gotta go with HV, since he can move at the same speeds as the various Flashes, and that means he can move and percieve things faster than the speed of thought.

Which means, if he attacks first, he can end the fight before Static even registers movement.

Hm, I still can't make a decision, totally think either could win, just matters who gets the first hit. So it's coin flippin time...
HV gets heads...and....
HV gets the win.

You flip a coin, I play favorites. I'm going with Static cuz he's my home boy as well as Shockwave's mentor. Which reminds me, I still need to do that storyline.......thing....yeah........ :lol:
