Appearance: Teresa is an African-Asian girl about 5'9 and 140 pounds, she usually wears her hair in a ponytail although when she feels like it, she will wear it down. When she is Capsule, she wears a brown and tan uniform that consists of a pouch that will keep her stones in and a holster made to keep her cross-shot in. She also wears a tan cloak and a tan eye mask to cover her eyes.

Abilities: Capsule has a good eye when it comes to a cross-shot, although she doesn't compare to the members of team arrow, it is just as good. Her martial arts skills are not bad either, with the art of ju jitsu under her belt, she is a formidable fighter. Her capsule arsenal includes: Flare stone, cryonic stone, bubble gum stone, paste capsule and normal stones if she wants. She is able to use a sword but still has to get her skills together.

Weaknesses: Capsule is a human and can be hurt, injured, fall ill, get tired or killed. Her past as a thief gets to her and she has trouble trying not to steal. Her memories of not having any parents are very bad and she doesn’t like to talk about her past, unless she is around people that she knows that she can trust (Team arrow, Titans, Young Justice, etc...).

History: Teresa Segal lived in the lower side of Star city, the daughter of James Segal, an African American scientist and Megumi Kusanagi, a Japanese ju jitsu teacher/Housewife; she had the brain and the brawn to last her all of elementary school. One day when she was thirteen years old, her father was killed by these men who came to her house and demanded this weapon that her father was working on, remembering the slingshot that her father gave her when she turned twelve, she grabbed it and a few stones and helped her mother fended off the intruders, when she found out that she didn't make it, Teresa had to take the weapon, the intruders didn't get the weapon, but they managed to make Teresa an orphan and made her have to fend for herself for the next three years of her life.

After that, Teresa went on her own managing to stay away from smoking and drinking yet she couldn't stray away from the temptation to steal. After three years, she still managed to not get caught and keep her ju jitsu training in check; she decided that she would try to stop stealing and become a super heroine by trying to find the members of Team Arrow, who she very much wanted to be a part of.

A few days later, she was in a fight with some guys that wanted to hurt her, fighting back and using her cross-shot, she was spotted by Arsenal (Roy Harper Jr) who was impressed by what he saw and decided to make her a member of Team Arrow and even invited her to stay with him and Lian. After she became adept with special training from each member, she felt that she was ready and decided to make her own costume with Roy's help, becoming the super heroine Capsule. She knows that she would have a tough time getting rid of the urge to steal, but if she can please the memory of her parents, then she'll do it.

Recently, Capsule has become a good hero in her own right, she has been teaming up with fellow newbie Teen Lantern, rekindling a friendship and it is suspected that a romance will ensue between the two.

Other information: she does have her own bow and set of arrows, she keeps them in the loft that Roy Harper used when he was Arsenal (he's retired remember?).
