And since I don't have enough cushion work to put it up on one of those sites that hosts webcomics (nor do I even know how to go about that)

As for yours, as I said before, totally funny. Puts me in the mind of Shirt Guy Dom, though his are stick figures. Though I will say sometimes the words a little hard to read.

I still haven't checked out those Shirt Guy Dom comics, but i'll have to go see now.

And yeah, I notice those problems after I scan the comics...i'll start inking in the words. At least until I can find a program that'll let me type the dialog into the word bubbles.

Ah cool cool. You could really do word bubbles on anything, even Paint. They're just just ovals with text in them. Took me a comic or two to really get the hang of em. And Shirt Guy Dom comics are on Megatokyo. There's actually a check option at the bottom of the comics that lets you seach only the Dom ones.

And yup yup, eventually everyone on YJUTT will have at the very least a cameo.

lol, indeed very funny. yeah scanning will do that sometimes that's why i ink my stuff first and avoid doing comics. i can't consistently draw stuff to save my life.

I know I know lol The prize cameo's on the way, just takes awhile. And yeah, drawing consistently's a total pain.

Doing both would impratical, annoying to do, and just plain rude to ask of him.

Well, i'm gonna be using these same comics in the webcomic itself. So really you're just getting a sneak peak heh. And since I only plan to do updates maybe two or three times a week (to give my lazy ass time to make strips...)

i'll put up number four, and if I get asked for more, i'll consider five and up.

Okay, after a talk with Savant i've actually attempted to edit the last comic to use computer generated text...however, the problem was I had to do it OVER the old text...tell me what you think of this look and future comics (after #8) i'll try doing with computer text instead of freehand.



As you can see, certain word bubbles couldn't be fully edited over because of how close they came to the character speaking, or simply how long the text ran.

But, i'm considering options to make my comic more legible.

Actually when you draw it you can jsut not draw the Word Bubbles and just write down what you want them to say on another sheet or on Word. Then when you go to put the Box in you don't have to worry about the Weird look. Or you can jsut use the Eraser option and erase the Bubbles and text if that makes it easioer for you.

In other news I think I finally scared Jay.

Well, yeah I could try it that way, but you gotta remember that i'm putting this OVER the old comic...and i'm computer illiterate.

Yup, hehe. What's funny is there's actually a pattern to those pranks if you know where to look.
