And it's come to this! The third and final round of the Outsiders Tournament. We have the Elastic Prankster against...um...does Constantine really have a moniker? ...Oh well, anyway, this should be a pretty good fight actually and as usual. I kinda have to think about this one. Or Savant and Shinobi could try to convince me why their character would win...whichever comes first lol. :P

Oooh I get to start it out this time.
Well I begin my argument by pointing out that Magic broke Plas up for 3,000 years and even though he came back I'm sure that counts as a KO.

And the finals are over! And despite what I said before, it was not Doomsboy or Plastic Man who won! Go figure. It was instead...the new Outsiders champion of 2007!
