(Continued from Tale of Two Wondys)

Will felt himself being shot out of the portal he'd been in as well as a sudden stop triggered by the tree that was in front of him. "Uuuugh..." He groaned as he rubbed his head. Looking back, he saw that the portal that brought him there was gone. "Great...just great..." Will muttered as he looked at his surroundings. He was obviously in a forest of some kind and he could only assume that he wouldn't be able to leave until he completed the mission Super had been sent for. "Note to self. Don't stand in front of the damn portal next time."

Walking around, Will tried to get a better view of the forest as well as find whoever he was supposed to help so he could hurry up and get back and find his Cassie. It was bad enough part of him felt slightly guilty having fun with the Cassie from another dimension, he wasn't going to let his suffer wherever she was. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until Will noticed that he was slowly being surrounded. It was at least...7 people... who weren't all that well trained from the way they were stalking him. Looking down, he saw that there was a trap ahead. Part of him laughed at it's simplicity, though it was hidden rather well. Figuring it would bring everyone out so he'd know what he was facing, Will purposely triggered the trap, causing a net to pull him up.

"Ha Haaaa! We caught the pirate!" To Will's surprise a bunch of kids ran out surrounding him. "You're just a bunch of kids?" Will rolled his eyes as he summoned his sword, cutting himself free. The kids all jumped back in surprise but all had swords or other weapons of their own which they pointed at Will. "Look, I don't have time for this. Is anyone in trouble?" Will asked as the kids looked at each other with smirks. "Yeah, you are, pirate." The one with a black and red mohawk threatened. While Will had ignored it the first couple of times, he couldn't let it go this time. "Why do you keep calling me a pirate?" Will demanded. "All adults are pirates." One of the smaller kids with a spear said. Will seemed to pause for a bit before he turned his back on the kids and started walking away. "I don't have time for this crap." Out of the corner of his eye, Will saw that the kids were now charging. Turning quickly, Will chopped the spear in half and did a judo-like throw on the kid closest to him.

To Will's surprise the kid he threw, stayed in the air with a cocky expression. "Oh...you can fly." Turning to the others, Will saw that they were all flying and got a smirk of his own. "Okay. This might be some fun after all."

(RU! FI! OOOOOOH! lol Glad you're liking it. And yeah, Will just doesn't fit so much in this reality it's just priceless.)

The first kid who flew down got a boot to the head that grounded him. "Next?" Will said confidently. The other kids looked at each other and turned to the mohawked one. "He doesn't fight like a pirate." The twins said. "That's because I'm not a flippin pirate you stupid-..." Will took a breath as he chose his words more carefully. "I'm not even slightly a pirate. If anything I'm...a ninja." Once again the kids looked at each other. "Kill the ninja!" The mohawked one ordered.

5 excruciating minutes later, the kids were all groaning on the floor as Will stood in the middle, looking annoyed. "Okay, you guys are good for your age and everything. But lets be honest...if I really wanted to hurt you...flying or not. There's not a Hell of a lot you could do to stop me." The mohawked one stood up and stumbled a little with a smirk on his face. Will let out another sigh. "Let me guess. You're getting all cocky because because of the guy whose floating behind me." Turning around he saw another kid, this one dressed in green with a gold sword, looking none too happy. "Hm...I suppose saying that they attacked me first unprovoked isn't going to actually help anything is it?"

The kid flew down in front of Will and stuck his sword out. "You kids really are suicidal aren't you?" Will said, shaking his head. "To die would be a great adventure." The kid said with a smirk, rivalling Will's, who simply shrugged and drew his sword as well. But to his surprise this one was much better than the others, though to be honest, the kid had an air about him that made Will believe he was one of the 'good guys' so he wasn't going all out. "Wow, you're pretty good for an old man." The kid said as he went for a stab which Will blocked. "All of you seem to have a very narrow view of 'old'. And if you think I'm good now, you should see me going all out." Will replied, honestly enjoying himself. The more he fought, the more he was getting the kid's style. "So, you got a name, green boy?"

With an elegant twirl, the kid managed to get a slice across Will's shirt. "You don't know? Name's Peter Pan." Will looked up, blocking another slash by Peter. "Hm...Peter Pan...nope, doesn't ring a bell. I'm Will. And as fun as this is..." Using his demonic speed, Will made a well placed blow at the handle of Peter's sword, knocking it in the air and catching it himself. By now all the other kids were looking in surprise. "I really have other things to do." To Peter's surprise, Will threw him the sword back. "Anything I can possibly do to prove I'm not a threat?" Will said hastily. "I let you do that." Peter answered to which Will scoffed. "Sure you did."

"We don't trust adults. They lie." The mohawked one said as the kids seemed to be surrounding him again. Will once again let out an annoyed sigh as he was covered in a black mist and once it faded Will now looked like a younger version of himself, around 10. "Better?" Everyone backed up and looked to each other. "He's a wizard..." One of the taller ones said. "Hm...I do know some magic...but I wouldn't say I'm a wizard..." Everyone's attention was again drawn as a yellow light began floating around Peter. Upon closer inspection, Will could see that it was a fairy who was saying something to Peter. He couldn't understand the words...which were more like jingles and flashes but he got the gist of what was said. She'd apparently saw his entry.

"What she said. I'm just passing through. As soon as I help with whatever needs to be done here I can go home." Once more everyone stared at Will. "You understood that?" Peter asked with a confused look. "Yeah. Should I not have?" Will said, shrugging again. "I'm the only one who understands fairies. You're an odd one, Will." Peter said, to which Will rolled his eyes. "Oh sure. You're a bunch of flying kids with a fairy and I'm the weird one."

one word....BANGARANG!

Marx - May 15, 2008 12:25 AM (GMT)
The twins looked at each other. "How can we be sure that he actually understands her? He could be faking it." Once again the fairy began speaking in her language of flashes and jingles. "Oh? Nice to meet you, Tinkerbell. And these are...Marmaduke, Binky, Rufio, Slightly, Thud Butt, Curly, and Nibs. Um...nice names you got there..." Will said as he pointed to each of Lost Boys as he named them. "...I think that answers that question..." Marmaduke muttered to Binky. "And Tootles and Pockets are back at your base with Wendy, John and Michael." As Will tried to remember all these names, he noticed Peter was looking at him oddly. "What?" Will asked to which Peter shrugged. "Nothing. Just Tink isn't usually this...friendly with new people."

"If you and me are the only ones who can understand her. It's not that surprising. So...I'm here until I help with something. Is there anything wrong?" The Lost Boys all shrugged as Peter answered. "No. But maybe there is now. Could be a great adventure!" He said, excitedly as he took flight. "Oh yeah! Just so you know! Death isn't a great adventure! I've died, like 5 times and it sucks!" As Peter and the Lost Boys started to fly away, Tink lingered with Will. "Fairy dust and a happy thought, huh? Eh, I'll give it a try." After being sprinkled with dust, Will tried to focus on a happy thought and began to hover before hitting the ground again. "It's not gonna work." Will looked as Tink asked him why. "Because the source of my happy thought is missing, and I'm too worried for it to be a consistent happy thought. Just tell me where we're going."

To Peter and the Lost Boys' surprise once they got to their home, Will and Tinkerbell were waiting for them. "How'd you get here so fast?" Peter asked, curiously. "I'm good like that." Will said, sticking out his tongue. While he'd been waiting, Tinkerbell had pretty much been talking to him nonstop. Turned out that Peter only half listened to her most the time, so it was a nice change of pace for someone to be completely interested in what she had to say. Turned out to be a nice 2 way street since he was learning a lot about Neverland. It was a pretty interesting place. Apparently all of the Lost Boys were abandonned children who all found their way here, where Peter watched over them.

"Where's Wendy and the others?" Peter asked, to which Tink had a rather interesting reply that caused both Will and Peter to turn in her direction. "They were what!?" They said in unison. Will rolled his eyes in annoyance. "What, Tink? You didn't think we needed to know that?!" There was once again another series of flashes and jingles. "Because we never asked...riiiight..." Will grumbled. "What's wrong, Pan?" Rufio asked. "They were all taken by the pirates. Except for Toodles. He's in the woods somewhere." Despite everyone being worried, Will had a slight smirk. "That sounds like a problem. Let's get these pirates."

Marx - June 17, 2008 09:18 PM (GMT)
"Let's go Lost Boys!" Peter said excitedly as he crowed and was about to fly off when he felt someone pulling at his foot. "Wait a minute. Do you guys usually just fly off and beat them up?" Will asked as Peter and the Lost Boys looked at him. "Yeah, they suck. Hook's the only one who can fight worth anything." Rufio said, which caused Will to smile. "So...kidnapping your friends, they're definitely expecting you to pull a full frontal assault." It was obvious the Lost Boys were getting impatient, but luckily Will had plenty of experience working with people who had extremely short attention spans. "Instead of doing what you'd usually do, let's screw with the pirates some. And prove once and for all that ninjas would beat pirates senseless."

After a short explanation of the plan, and Will making a little detour, he and the others were covered in darkness and when it subsided, they were all in different parts of the ship. Luckily Peter and the Lost Boys had been to the ship a couple of times and Tink was able give Will a reliable layout. Surely enough, the pirates seemed to be a little edgy and obviously waiting for something. Most likely a bunch of flying kids. Will peeked out of his hiding space and saw Rufio's mowhawk and gave a nod as the plan was set in motion. The Lost Boys were rather good at being stealthy so hopefully they could hide out until Will was able to search the ship. Shadowporting into the lower decks of the Jolly Roger, he saw one that was being guarded. One knee to the head and the pirate was out and Will opened the door to see a girl his current age tied up.

"W-who are you?" She asked curiously. "I'm Will. Friend of Peter's. Wendy, I presume?" He whispered. "Peter's here! Oh no!" Wendy exclaimed only to get Will's hand cupped over her mouth. "Chill out. Everyone's hiding until I get you and the others. So the quieter you are, the better. In other words. Shut up." Wendy didn't seem any to pleased with being shushed. "Well! How rude! But besides that, Hook knows Peter will come after me. This is a trap." Wendy whispered harshly. "Of course it is. But they weren't counting on me being here were they? Now, do you know where they put your brothers and Patches?" Will asked. Turned out that she actually did know, and due to Will's unique form of transportation, he was able to get almost all of them without any incident, until he came upon Patches' holding cell where apparently the subtlety route wasn't working as well as Will had thought as he now was facing 10 pirates. Turning to Wendy and her brothers, he quickly said, "Wendy, get them out of here. I'll take care of these guys. You'll have backup up top, I'll make sure of it."

No sooner had he said it, had Will let out a loud crow, which from the ruckus that immediately followed it, the Lost Boys had heard. The pirates all pulled guns on Will. "Looks like the Cap'n was righ'. Come to save the lovely lady they di-" The pirate wasn't able to finish his sentence as he got a kick to the face. Immediately a storm of shots tore through Will, causing him to hit the floor in a bloody mass. "Well damn! If that wasn't fun! Guess he was new. Usually they have the good sense to fly out the way or something." One of the pirates said to the other as they laughed and started to walk away. "Or maybe I'm leading you into a false sense of security so I can beat he Hell out of you all while you're still going 'Huh?'" A voice said, causing the pirates to turn back. "Huh?" One of them said. Not one to lie, Will make good on his earlier statement and the pirates were all down before they even fully realized that he wasn't dead.

"PETER!" Will heard Wendy shriek from above and dashed up to see what was going on. By the time Will got up, he could see the huge brawl going on between the pirates and the Lost Boys. But more importantly, he saw Peter Pan fighting someone significantly larger than he was, who had a hook instead of a hand. "I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that's Captain Hook." Will quipped as he heard Tink by his shoulder answering the question. "Well, I'll leave those two to go at it." Will said to himself, remember that when he was fighting someone he considered his nemesis, he'd prefer if everyone butted out as well. "Good luck, Peter." With that, Will summoned his sword and launched himself into the frey.
