Title: Yet another Elseworlds Story

Marx - May 6, 2008 09:24 PM (GMT)
For those who noticed the Elseworlds Max story. I did intend to open it up for anyone who wants to join in. And for those who didn't notice, here's the basic premise of this world. Your RPG characters, or whoever you want to use, are the heroes of Elseworlds Max reality, not the sidekicks. For example, Will never becomes Harm. Bruce dies with his parents, and Will becomes Batman instead. The first and so far the only Batman.

The basic rules is that the character you choose has to have the name of an established DC hero, or villain I suppose. And have fun with it. You don't have to go with the obvious choice. If Jay were involved he wouldn't necessarily have to be Green Lantern or even have a power ring for that matter. He could be inventing things and come across...a bird hybrid thing that turns him into Hawkman or something. Or he could come across Dr. Light-like powers and call himself The Flash. You know, let your imagination run wild.

Just doing origin stories right now. After those are done for the most part, I might see about doing a JLA story or some crossovers. Haven't really thought too far ahead yet.

Interesting, interesting indeed. My mind is already swimming with ideas.....yay, should be figured out fairly soon.

Cool cool. :) There's no rush. I'm doing my 3 origin stories one a time so you've got plenty of time to get your ideas together.

For my story telling purposes, I lay claim to Wonder Woman. I seriously tried to think of another hero or villain for Rose but, in all honesty, this one has the most potential, ie, the loudest plot bunnies yelling in my ear. I do have a rough rough draft of the very beginning that I wrote in math class all written up, I just need to tidy it up and stuff.....where does one post these?

Ooo Wonder Woman? That's cool by me. She's on the list. And all of the origins are going in the Elseworlds Max story. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

This seems interesting...let's see what's still available hehehe

I'm totally in, and the names I shalt utilize are...
Captain Fear
Aaaaand Captain Marvel

*looks up at the names*...Both of my characters have the 'Captain' title...

Bah. I stand by it.
Unless I change my mind at the last minute.

I am the master of indecisiveness!!!!!!!

Marx, add that to my title!

*smacks herself repeatedly in the forehead, almost looking like an homage to Homer Simson* I can't believe I forgot about Helena Bertinelli. Of all the people Ravager could be in other worlds, the Huntress would be it....I'll still use Huntress of course, just not with Rose. Becca seems like she could pull it off. So add Huntress to the list.

Ooooh, spiffy.

I wonder if I can find some way to utilize Plastic Man in this...*taps chin* Then again, he's already an established hero...

Marx - May 10, 2008 01:41 PM (GMT)
Done and done. Oh and done. And if you really want to use Plastic Man, you can. I suppose you could go one of two ways. You could either make him another Established hero who could have a completely different power set if you like, or you could make him and unestablished one, like it's a rule of opposites (teen heroes are established, established heroes aren't)

Oh who am I kidding? Add Dr. Fate to the list.
