A Nurses Rememberance

Its hard to think about my Miss sometimes;

Thinking about the tale;

The cruel, cruel tale of my little Juliet and her waning Romeo.

It colors my soul of the darkest tint.

Tis' not black or blue or any other color I can name;

Oh, But its the ugliest color an eye ever did behold.

Color of Pain! Hard-hitting, whirling, Pain!!

Doth thou visit me even now?!

Dost thou-- thou rip the flesh from my soul and strip away at my heart?!

Pain! Oh sufferable Pain!

Haven't you already taken my Anna from me?

Haven't you ripped my husband from my own arms?!

I have lost one child, did I have to loose another?!?!

Oh cruel Pain! Oh death of a thousand deaths!

Juliet! Romeo! Tybalt! My own husband and child!

Whos next!? Who else shall I loose!?

Who else shall I--

Oh but...but it isn't just my loss...

No, no its also my Master's and Mistresse's

Selfish, Self.

To wallow in my own pity as those around me suffer and weep as well.

But why weep?

Why, for when we enter the world....we weep and the world rejoices.

But when we leave-- the world weeps and...... and we rejoice.

Selfish, selfish Pain and Angst.

Why, Juliet and her Romeo wouldn't have us wishin' them back for th' world.

Their souls are enlightening the whole heavens.

They'll be able to have the best KIND of joy now.

Oh wretched self, put away your tears and be happy for your Miss.

She is missed--but she and her husband Romeo's essense will live forever.

Their statues in town square will remind everyone for generations

And people will smile when they see my Miss,

And remember-- Love last until the last.

Even after death.

End.
