Starfire walked along the streets of san fransisco. Looking through stores and trying good and bad food samples alike. She lingered around until she arrived at her destination. A park that she would always love to read in. She sat next to a waterfall and opened up her book. It was called Computer skills for dummies. As she ooo'd and ahhh'd at the book.

She noticed a young man sitting across from her. He had Dark brown hair. His eyes were dark blue and as he pulled his bag toward him took out a book, Computer skills for Dummies. Starfire giggled. He turned toward her.

"What? Do i have something in my teeth?" he asked pointing to his teeth. Starfire walked up to him.
"No" she said smiling. "Its just we have the same book." She blushed.
"Oh really. Cool. By the way my name is Andrew, but you can call me Andy." he held out his hand as he shook Starfire hand in the process.
"My name is Koriand'r, but you can call me Kory". She noticed he had a black shirt with a black jacket covering it and blue jeans that hung a little over his shoes.

"Well nice to meet you." Starfire happily said.
"You too. Hey what page are you on?" Andy replied.
"I'm on page 45. It shows you how to make a computer out of toast. Its fascinating". She said.
Andy then actually noticed what Starfire was wearing.
"Oh...uh nice outfit. Aren't you cold"?
Starfire looked at her revieling clothes.
"No i'm fine".
Starfire then sat down next to Andy.
All of a sudden Andy jumped up.
"Holy cow! Your one of the teen titans". Andy yelled
Starfire laughed. "Yeah i am."
Andy had a big smirk on his face.

A woman then walked up.
"Oh hey Aura! This is Kory. you know one of the teen titans."
Starfire looked at Aura and thought to herself.
"Darn... i should have known he had a relashonship". Starfire made a fake smile as a war was about to begin.

Oh great, a Tamazanian. I've came across a few of those in my time, back during my days as a member of The Fashion Police. Those really were some days, back before anything seemed to matter, at least not the right things. Then there was The Rave, The Twelfth Knight, Christmas at Sparxx's home. Good memories. But anyway, back to the here and now...oh great a Tamazanian.

Aura smiled at the orange skinned girl and claimed her hand swiftly for a snappy handshake. She made it obvious that she wasn't paying Starfire much attention. This just became a competition of importance.

Of course, this Tamazanian I know about. Shouldn't really be too hard on her, being that she is...well...one of the good guys and all but...at the end of the day...have I ever really cared? And I'm not known to be sweet regarding the territory of a guy I like. I suppose then...that 'it's on' as they say.

"Well hi there...whatever it is your name was again? So anyway Andrew, I was wondering, if you really are such a big fan of Superboy like you say you are, I could always look into you maybe meeting him. we go back Superboy and I. So yeah, if you really want, I guess I can see what I can do." At the begining of her sentance, Aura purposely made a point to disregard Starfire, it was a tactical move.

"You really think you could maybe do that for me? I mean...you really know him? That would rock!"

"I said I could so I can. Now anyway, moving on...what on Earth are you reading that book for? It is more useful as bonfire fuel than anything else. Here let me get rid of it for you." Aura took the book and threw it into a nearby trashcan.

Subtly never was my strong point.

"So...whatever your name is...don't you have to go and maybe...save the world or...go back to your own planet...or...something? Well whatever it is you have to do there's no time like the present so...go right ahead, we're not stopping you." Andrew didn't dare question anything that was said between Aura and Starfire, there was nothing that could be done about how the two would interact with each other, especially because their motives were changed directly because of him. This was merely a female competition of sorts, with Andrew as the prize. Girls will be girls.

Andrew looked on awestruck and somewhat baffled at the events unfolding before him, however whenever Aura or Starfire looked at him to check his reaction, he smiled nervously.

Starfire was shocked. How could this girl be so..so rude. Starfires eyes glowed as Andrew stared.

"Well you know Andrew, I can take you to Superboy right now!" Starfire smirked at Aura.

Starfire stood up. "You know, i don't like the way you just spoke to me. I have been insulted by the likes of you and i will not take it. I like Andrew alot and let him descide if your action was rough towards me." Starfire picked up the book that was thrown in the trash.

"Here you go". Starfire handed Andrew the book as she looked at him with puupy eyes.Andrew blushed. "Thanks starfire, uh...you know.." Andrew couldn't say anything. His words were all mixed up. He didn't want to upset either of them.

Starfire grabbed Andrew's hand. "Andrew look what i found". Starfire pulled Andrew toward the other bench across from where they had been sitting. Starfire pulled out her book and started pointing to a page on keyboards as she constantly looked up at Aura, making sure she was looking.

"So about Superboy? Can I go meet him?" Andrew asked. Starfire nodded and smiled. "Can we take Aura too?" Starfire felt like blowing up and burning in flames. Being the better person she gave a bleak smile and said ok in a ugly toned voice.

"Great thanks Starfire". Andrew smiled as Starfire had hearts in her eyes. Starfire just stared at Andrew.

"Andrew will not be going to meet Superboy with you...if he ever meets him...he will be going with me, and me alone. Right Andrew?" And how could Andrew say no to Aura as she pummelled him with her vicious and cold looks and array of vocal attacks.

Andrew switched visual attention between Starfire and Aura wrecklessly and nervously, confused about what to do.

"Um...sure...yeah...I guess...maybe we can all..." Andrew was interrupted.

"Go for a bite to eat? Well of course Andrew...I was feeling peckish, how nice of you to ask, I'd love to grab a bite to eat with you." Aura said, knowingly putting words in his mouth, aware that he wouldn't resist it, smirking at Starfire behind his back.

"What about Starfire? Does she want to come with..." Again, Andrew was interrupted.

Aura gestured one hand behind her back, focussing her powers, causing her magnetic aura to reach out, searching for something suitable for her upcoming task. Somewhere in the surrounding area, her aura found some appropriate metallic materials lying around. Using some conetration to control and manipulate these materials, she motioned them towards Starfire, who apparently was not expecting this. Aura harmlessly stretched a metallic ring around Stafire's mouth so she could not speak, and binded Starfire's ankles and wrists together, so that she may not have total control over her motion. Then with one final gesture Aura shifted Starfire out of the way somewhere, using the metal that now binded her to move her some distance away, without cauusing Starfire any harm of course. This didn't mean this was the last of Starfire. This all took only a few seconds and occured without Andrew noticing.

Tamarians are rather resourceful ones...and with Starfires powers, I doubt that will hold her for long.

"Does Starfire want to come with us? I don't think so Andrew, I mean she's nowhere in sight now is she? How rude of her to just take off like that, Oh well, I suppose it's all for the best...now we get to spend more time together, just the two of us." Even though Aura smiled, Andrew obviously still felt uncomfortable, perhaps the girls' competativeness was intimidating to him.

Aura pulled Andrew's arm towards the path and they headed through the park in order to get to the icecream place.
