The telepath known as Sano has journeyed around the world on vacation after the trying events of the Switcheroonie. He finally lands in London England and enjoys the sights. Relaxation however is not something Sano will find in London.
The wanderer known as X meets with an old extispiece in Massachusetts who tell him that he will journey to England and in a small shop will find an item that will have the power to cure him of his demons. But before he can use the item it will be snatched from him. X then travels across the ocean and into Ireland where he is met by two gentlemen who take pity on him. He is given food and a place to sleep for the night. He accepts and then heads out in the morning and arrives in London where his destiny lies.
X and Sano meet under very strained circumstances. X finds the New Moon Occult Shop and finds the item that he was destined to find. He held the Athame in his hand and was then assaulted by heavily armed men who filled the small shop with bullets. During the scuffle he lost the athame to one of the men.
Outside Sano heard the bullets and rushed inside. He engaged the men with the guns and noticed Raido in the middle of it. After a short but brutal fight, the two heroes met in the middle of the room. Their meeting was shortened by an explosive charge that rattled the shop and blew them both out the back of the store.
With the police looking for them and no idea what these men want with the mystical knife; X and Sano have taken to hiding until they can figure out what they are up against.
