Description: Nothing EVER goes as planned :(

Hey guys, as many of you already know, I was supposed to be going to go to the comic con thurseday till sunday and I would've been gone from tuesday till next monday.

Alas, all the things I was planning to do(Lecture/seminar from Peter A David and Will Eisner, Will Einer awards, Marv Wolfmans' workshop, Smallville's meet and greet, Portfolio review with dc, Marvel, top cow, The Panel discussion with editors and writers on Batman: war games, ect) will not be done, But I'll still be gone. Guess just allot of things got in the way: 1 Breaks need to be replaced in the car 2.We're moving to Florida in three weeks. 3 Gramdma is sick.

Due to the fact that I'll be helping my mom pack and the likely hood that the computer will be the next thing to go, I be on much if at all. Might be able to gety on with my occasional trip to the library, but no longer than an hour and not every day since moms pulling long hours so we can get a new house within a monthy of moving to florida(Till then, I'll be going to the hardest school in the polk and hillsborough county while living in a three bedroom house with eleven other people(My sister and her step kids)....goody. <_< Won't be able to get on much then either...)

So you won't be seeing much of me for anywhere from two weeks to two months. I'll still try to remain active in the stories though. But when I'm not here, I give alan or any one else whose half familiar with my character(s) to play them in my place. I REALLY can't get left behind in this thing since it IS supposed to be falcon who is the new team leader.

--Sigh--~Looks at four day comic con schedule and trashes it~ Oh well, so much for hoping and planning. :(

Sorry to hear about the non-comicon, i know it totally sucks when planage never happens. Don't get to stressed out while you move.
*Hugs*
Don't worry Rach, I hope everything works out ok for you and that your Grandma gets better.

Ouch, harsh. Planning really doesn't work especially when it's something uber cool. Here *hands Falcon Dynamite and a Bazooka* you might wanna blow off some steam....

:D NEW BANNER!! :D

Awww. Thanks Lani! :D Thanks Alan! Yeah....does stink. I've been counting down the days till the convention for three months now. Thats allot of days to count >.< And it was supposed to be 'educational' too.......And Todd Nauck and I chatted a bit at Digital Webbing and told me to stop by his booth and say hi and he'd look at my porttfolio  ...And Dc was having a talent search, and my fav graphic novel(Yossel) wasa up for an Eisner award and....~sigh~ Ah well, gimme one or two weeks to blow off some steam and
I'll get over it. ...Speaking of which...~Grabs handfull of explosives. Thanks Matt!

just woulda been cool to get Tom Wellings autograph~Drools~....er, achem. Well, uh, that and attend an actualu lecture by Eisner....I guess~Still picturing tom Welling.

At least the six to eight hours a day I've been working on my portfolio won't go to waste(Ow! hand still hurts!). There's a small Hero con in Tampa in August(which, if its on a school day, mom siad I might be able to skip. Coolest mom ever :D) and then a mega con in Orlando in feb. Between that time I can improve and then come next year, maybe I'll even be a little better so I don't get laughed at.....too hard <_<

Just what am I going to do with all of these Robin pictures though.......~Robin fans come up and quickly steal Robin pics~ HEY! GET BACK HERE WITH THOSE!

I hear Florida has some of the better Com-conventions anyways. I'm sure it will all work out.

Falcon - July 18, 2004 10:37 PM (GMT)
Yeah....Looking at a convention web site.....Florida DOES have allot(Alot, but not allot of big ones. San Diego is the biggest one, but I'll live. Grandma annd helping mom pack are more important anyways.). But, alas, most of them are collectors stuff :/ However, Schiver, the guy penciling for GL: Rebirth will be down in Tampa on the eighth for the Tampa con
