There's been many arguments over some of the choices in DC vs. Marvel, so I thought how about we redo the ballots along with a couple of others for ourselves. Now this constest is gonna be slightly different from the Teen Titans Tournament. Basically here are the rules, I'm going to do as many DC vs Marvel matches as I can think of, if anyone has any ideas for battles that aren't in the DC vs Marvel series, just PM them to me and as long as the characters haven't already been used I'll put em up eventually. And as awesome as I think it'd be, I'm not counting Wildstorm as DC for these.

Of course, since each vote takes two weeks, this is gonna take a very long time lol. The point is that when everyone does their first vote, you'll say whether you think DC or Marvel is going to get the most overall votes. And of course you can still discuss your reason behind any of the votes. And we'll start this with personally I think the second worst call out of the series, Superboy vs. Spiderman. "If I were you I'd brace for impact." *mumbles Spiderman's reply as I sit on my Supreme Throne of Contestnicity*

I think that DC will get the most votes overall.

As for this match, I voted for Spiderman. He has many years of experience using his superior agility, technique and prescience (spider sense) to topple foes that are stronger or more able than he. GO SPIDEY!!

I voted Spidey as well, I mean, jeez, the guy beat Firelord who is on Silver Surfer's level of when it comes to power, I think he can take on a Superboy.

I voted Spider-man as well. In truth I always have believed in brains beating brawn, and although Superboy is far from being stupid, Spider-man has power, intelligence and far more experience in the super-hero field.

Overall though DC would win no problem, way better heroes and not so many lone figures, every big superheor belongs to a team and ofted has extentions of their naeme. The three God/desses of DC, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman each belong to the JLA plus have added extras like Superboy, Robin and Wonder girl. They are good at working alone and in teams, DC could thrash Marvel's arse!

I voted SB, just because he can last longer and has stronger powers.
Overall i think DC. This is because Marvel are too interested in flaws, their characters always have to be more realistic and human, dealing with everyday life, with powers that happen in real life situations.
DC has all that too but its an underlying thing more than the main point. Their heros tend to be more powerful and have less total moral conflicts, they know right and wrong most of the time.

I actually voted for Superboy if you couldn't tell by my saracm in the first post lol. Mostly because of his tacktile tk, he could just hold Spidey in place and hit him with heat vision. Even if he's swinging from webs, he's connected to something, the spider sense wouldn't give him that much help. And I'm thinking DC's gonna win.

Close fight in my opinion. Superboy has the power, but Spidey has the experience and I'm assuming this is current Spider-Man, not movie Spidey or Ultimate Spidey, right?

Still I think Spidey would win. He's handled telekinetics in the past, without a lot of problem. If he shoots Kon with a bit of webbing in the mouth, Kon will chock and freak out, just in time to recieve a few well placed blows by Peter.

Its close though.

I think DC will get more votes, but I think Marvel is cooler, has better heroes, and would ultimately wipe the floor with DC in actuality. :P However! This certainly didn't taint my vote. I acknowledge clear victories, as Flash will always best Quicksilver.

and Lobo will ALWAYS beat Wolverine.

DC are gonna get more votes, definetly, Spider-man beating Superboy was probably the only fight that ended up with the right winner.

lol I still stand by SB beating Spiderman, but at least we all agree Lobo should have beat Wolverine, that's the next match as a matter of fact. There's a few others I agree with, like 2 or 3, oh by the way, this isn't just going to limited to heroes, its going to be the villains too, Darkseid vs. Thanos being the obvious one.

Well, what would Wolverine say as he was smoking his cigar, scraping the mud off his boots onto Lobo's unconscious body? Probably that he's the best at what he does. Hah! Lobo's not so tough when he gets his daily dose of adamantium. I mean...it's close, sure. Lobo's mentally deranged....Logan....is an expert, is an animal, is a samurai, is a survivor, is a really great kisser (who would want to kiss Lobo?), wears leather appropriately, unlike Lobo who looks like one of the village people, etc. Lobo is just outclassed and outmatched, but mostly outclassed. B) But I love Lobo like a brother. In fact, they really harbor no ill-feelings towards one another most of the time, we're still able to gather round and play poker once a week.

No, I don't think Lobo is the clear cut winner against Wolverine. Afterall, Logan has gone up Lobo and many a Lobo-wannabe in the past and he usually ends up the victor. And with Lobo they're too equally matched.

Neither can really get killed, both are beseark rage problems and are 'the best at what they do' and they've both got Fudge up haircare issues.

It could easily go either way. I think they would end up destroying everything in sight and at the end saying 'screw this, lets get a beer'

Awww Poo! Spiderman wins one for Marvel, rassa frassin Spiderman, my score was perfect, PERFECT! Meh, there's other votes, but alas in short Spiderman has one...even if SB would kick his can. <_<

~I just voted for Superboy, he's under rated, not alot of people give him the credit he deserves. He beat the snot out of Darkseid in Legion, I think Spiderman migth have a tough time with the clone of Superman an Lex Luthor.
