Upon checking, we have in fact done all the matches except Flash vs. Quicksilver and considering Flash can go lightspeed and last I checked Quicksilver goes the speed of sound didn't see much of a point. So now I'm doing the matches the I was sent, and don't worry, even if it takes me awhile go get to your choice I'm getting there :D

Ouch another pot-shot against the Legion. LOL.
I voted the Thing. The guy can hold his own against the strongest people in the Marvel Universe. They've shown him hold his own against Superman. Mon'El wouldn't be much problem for Mr. Ben Grimm.

Well, I think that M'onel wins easily. It's a fact that Daxamits and Kryptonians are almost in the same level. And Since Superman is way, way stronger than Hulk who repeatedly defeated Grimm, this fight wouldn't be much different.
Plus Thing is only strength and resistance. M'onel has superspeed and laser vision, he's way more versitile than The thing. This is a no brainer.
And furthermore, going toe to toe with Marvel's Mightiest doesn't say much, we all know that DC's character are more powerful by far.

But if you've read FANTASTIC FOUR/SUPERMAN once shot, where Superman was turned into Galactic's Herald, they showed Thing and Superman fight and Thing was able to hold his own against Supes. Besides extreme heat doesn't hurt the Thing. Otherwise he would have been killed a number of times during the FF series.

Yeah, but that's one single story. Not a very good one either. What I know is: The Thing got his ass handed to him by Hulk and Wolverine. Hulk and Wolverine are nowhere near Superman's level. M'onel is nearly on Superman's level of power.
When you have this kind strength and endurance with superspeed it makes all the difference in the world. And Ben Grimm doesn't have superspeed. For me this is totally a no Brainer. M'onel all the way.
