I gotta side with Mr. Fantastic on this one, although I promise you, Plastic Man won't go down easy. Plastic Man is litterally one of the more powerful JLAer, though no one ever considered it since he's so... well goofy. His stretching abilities are far more versital than most stechos, because his body is no longer organic like Elongated Man or Mr. Fantastic. His body has become more or less silly putty. And don't forget, he once defeated a Psychotic Martian Mahunter, who is the most powerful JLA meta-human on earth.

But Mister Fantastic on the other hand is the smartest man in the Marvel Universe. I don't know if he can out stretch Eel, but he can certainly outsmart him. And as I always say, Brains over Brawn wins almost everytime.

I totally have to go with Reed also. Plastic Man is powerful but Reed would use his smarts to gain the advantage

As much as I loathe Plastic Man (no typo either, the guy annoys me to no end) and think the Mr. Fantastic would win anyway with strength, wit, agility, costume, cool little sideburns and lack of glasses and girly costumedness...

i am sorry people, but i voted for plastic man. Yes i really do belive he would win. Plas' Stretching abilities are stronger, and even though Reed is smart, Plas has an incredible amount of experiance (bout 40 years i think) and incredible amounts of creativity and ingenuity.

Plastic Man still can't beat Batman. If he can't defeat the World's Greatest Detective, I don't think he can defeat the World's Smartest Man.

And so Mr. Fantastic turned into that bouncy ball...the one that you see in the micro...and was all "B**ch say what!?" And while Plastic Man was busy deciding which superhero he'd mock, Mr. Fantastic bounced him out of the window...and conveniently directly into the liquid hot mag-ma!
