Yes! Your eyes do not deceive you! But in honor of the 25th DC vs. Marvel battle it is a four way match! And I think you can only vote twice...though i'm not completely sure, if you can vote more than twice try to vote twice and *gasp* resist the clicky urges! Oh and you might have noticed that there are a few micros missing at the moment, and that's just because I can't get on the site at the moment, it will be edited once I can and there will be microhero goodness!

Xtreme - January 17, 2005 06:26 PM (GMT)
HAHAHHAHAHAHA! first to post! Yes BOOYAH! Anyways ahem. I know next to nothing about anyone except Doomsday. Therefore my votes went to Doomsday and Trigon (cause hes really really big)

Robin - January 17, 2005 07:34 PM (GMT)
Four Choices? A bit more than normal ain't it?

But with all due respect to Trigon, Sentry and yes, Doomsday as well, they would all lose.

For you see, Onslaught is litterally the most powerful being in the Universe, for he is composed of the most powerful PSI power (Professor Charles Xavier), the Most dangerous mutant power to exist (Magneto), possibly the second most powerful natural PSI in the universe (X-Man) and the most powerful mutant ever to exist (Franklin Richards).

Trigon and Sentry would be taken out quickly because both of them have minds, that Onslaught can destroy with a telepathic bolt.

And Doomsday would simple be blinked out of existance by the reality warping powers that Onslaught stole from Franklin Richards. No attack would be needed, because despite Doomsday's ability to take a licking and keep on ticking, he couldn't lay a hand on Onslaught. And even if he could, all Doomsday could do is destroy Onslaughts armor which will in turn, help Onslaught reach the next level of power. And that level is a being of pure PSI and Magnetic energy which Doomsday could no longer touch. And then Onslaughts power would be impossible for Doomsday to stop. And then 'blinky' 'blinky' Doomsday never exists.

Marx - January 17, 2005 07:41 PM (GMT)
I actually don't know too much about Onslaught, besides the one issue where he spanks Juggernaught and of course his bossness in Marvel vs. Capcom, how was he defeated?

Robin - January 17, 2005 08:04 PM (GMT)
Onslaught was deafeted when the Incedible Hulk had gone full out berserk and shattered Onslaughts armor at the same time Onlsught struck him. When Onslaught hit the Hulk, he split Bruce Banner from the monster into two seperate lifeforms.

Everyone THOUGHT Onlsaught was beaten, until they saw the PSI energy that was growing above the shattered Onslaught Armor. The Hulk hadn't defeated him, he just helped Onslaught reach the next stage of his evolution. A higher plane being.

With no body to attack, things look bleak.

But then the Avengery, the Fantastic Four and several other heroes made the ultimate sacrifice. They leapt into Onslaught's PSI energy form, and merged with him, more or less giving him a physical form to attack. Unfortunantly this was only temporary, since Onlsaughts power was too great for them and was slowly destroying them. Even the most powerful of them like Thor and the Scarlett Witch (The only mutant who could sacrifice herself, simply because her hex powers protected her).

But their sacrifice gave the X-Men enough time to go on a full frontal assult. Onslaught was disoriented by the Avengers and FF's sacrifice, and was weakened to when the X-Men were attacking him. Onlsaught was destroyed, but it ended up in the deaths of the Avengers and the Fantistic Four.

But their deaths had actually be averted thanks to Frankly Richards, heir to the Fantiastic Four. Before Onslaught was destroyed, he willed all the heroes into a brand-new, highly complext universe he created inside his favorite blue ball.

The heroes lived there for over a year, until Franklin realized what he had done and released them back into their original Universe.

Had the Fantastic Four and the Avengers not sacrificed themself and the X-Men destroyed them, all of existance would have been destroyed.

I went with Sentry on this since he's being called the most powerful hero in the Marvel universe. He'd probably get beaten by Onslaught but I think he has a shot.

Wait vote twice Dammit! I already cast in One vote damn damn damnity damn!!!

Xtreme - January 18, 2005 09:21 PM (GMT)
wow... onslaught IS powerful! Can i change my vote to Trigon+Onslaught? Please?

Marx - January 18, 2005 09:36 PM (GMT)
I haven't the slightest idea if it's possible to change the votes once they're in. So if there is I don't know about it yet.

Robin - January 18, 2005 09:44 PM (GMT)
Well, when the votes are totalled, just take one away from Doomsday and give it to Onslaught.

Xtreme - January 19, 2005 11:03 PM (GMT)
makes sence. One bit o' clarification please. Who exactly IS Trigon?

Robin - January 19, 2005 11:10 PM (GMT)
Trigon was an other-dimensional demon, the result of the mating of a female member of a mystic sect and their god. Dark energies that floated through the dimensions were the expunged evil natures of Azarath. Trigon became the personification of these dreadfully evil energies.

At birth, Trigon slew all around him, and, at age six, he destroyed his an entire planet. When he reached thirty, Trigon had established himself as absolute ruler of the millions of worlds within his dimension. Trigon's hunger for power was still not sated, so he turned his four eyes to other dimensions

Trigon first came to Earth with the intention of fathering a child. He appeared to a cult member named Arella in the guise of a handsome man, and sired a child named Raven. The child was raised in Azarath.

Trigon wanted his daughter to rule by his side, and after he managed to breach the dimensional barriers, Raven agreed to this as long as he permanently returned to his home dimension. When Raven arrived, she realized that Trigon had no intention of keeping his word. Arella and the Teen Titans fought the demon and banished him to the Nether-Verse. His "wife" Arella agreed to serve as guardian of the dimensional gate so that Trigon could not return.

Despite Trigon's banishment, Raven began to physically change as Trigon's evil worked within her. Trigon absorbed the life-forces of the billions of souls in his dimension in order to breach the doorway, which he did. Trigon had his forces destroy Azarath.

Reunited with his now-evil daughter, the pair transformed Earth into Hell until the New Teen Titans, with Lilith back in their midst, killed the soulless body of Raven. This so angered Trigon that he began to siphon souls in order to return to his home dimension. The spirit of Azar and all of Azarath, however, still dwelled in Raven's rings. Azar used the now-soulless body of Raven to focus all of Azarath's pure light into Trigon, destroying him

Unknown to the Titans, however, the souls of Azarath (now tainted by Trigon) needed a vessel to survive. They sought Raven, but she was protected by her soul self. The souls of Azarath were aware of Jericho, and his powers made it easier for the souls to enter him. The souls of Azarath resided in Jericho, but were still quite weak. They would lay dormant, and build up strength as time passed.

Jericho took over the criminal society known as the Wildebeests and began a series of experiments to create alternate bodies. When these experiments failed the Wildebeests then went after the other members of the New Titans, hoping that their super-powered bodies would prove more receptive to possession from the Azarathian force.

A battle in the remains of Azarath concluded with the destruction of the Wildebeest society and the death of Jericho himself. But the Azarathians were still defeated. In a final effort to end this threat forever, Raven, former Phantasm Danny Chase, and Raven's mother, Arella, attacked the Azarathian energy. Their own energies combined with the force from Azarath and drove away the evil. Raven is transformed utterly and disappears (at this point, she is presumed dead).

Soon after, an evil version of Raven emerged; Her evil consciousness survived, and she found a mortal vessel to house her form. Raven was intent on planting the seeds of Trigon's unborn children into new vessels. Evil Raven continued her reign of terror; She planted ‘Trigon seeds' in Supergirl, Changeling, Magenta, Deathwing, and Thunder and Lightning. Eventually, Raven and her demon allies came into conflict with the Titans. The Titans were able to destroy evil Raven utterly, and restore good Raven into a new spiritual golden body.

Hey how come Centry is up there anyways? He's no a super-villain of insane power. He's a super-hero of insane power. He's a bloody Avenger after all.

Marx - January 20, 2005 06:28 PM (GMT)
For all of the DC vs Marvel polls I'm using super powered beings in general, both good and bad.

Robin - January 20, 2005 11:18 PM (GMT)
Oh... I see. I thought you were going hero against hero and villain against villain, since that was how everything was going before.

Cause if you had wanted another evil Marvel super-power, you could have used someone like the Dark Phoenix.

But if this contest has no sides, then alrighty.

Marx - January 20, 2005 11:52 PM (GMT)
DARK PHEONIX! *slaps myself in the head*

Marx - January 31, 2005 04:25 PM (GMT)
Do my eyes decieve me? Who is that winner? *gasp* It's Doomsday! *does the Doomsday rocks dance* And in the first four way DC vs. Marvel matchup Doomsday takes the gold because...well...because he's just that much of a badass. :P You know the deal, next one will be up soon blah blah blah...I wonder if anyone actually reads these last pointless messages.
