First, I'm not even sure this is an even matchup lol. I got the idea purely from a panel in DC vs. Marvel which I was reading today, not even positive that it was Deathstroke to be honest, but the mask looked like his. Either way, it is posted so it is so. :P Though now that I think about it last I heard The Punisher blew his head off and started seeing demons and stuff...

This isn't even a contest. Slade Wilson is capable of using 90% of his brain capacity, making him a master tactician. He also has heightened strength, agility, stamina and reflexes. In addition, he has rapid-healing powers that has made it sound like he is immortal. Slade also has years of combat training. He is above average in hand to hand combat and is skilled in use of all kinds of weaponry.

Punisher is just some psycho with a few weapons. He has no finess or actuall mastery like Slade does.

Can't believe I'm sayin' this but:

I have never agreed with Alan more.

Punisher hasn't got a chance unless he has a nuke in his arsenal...and even then it's just a chance...

i love the new punisher game that yust came out so, it almost made me vote for him.....but lets face it slade will win this won.....mark u should have made it deadpool v.s slade would have made more sense, and a hellof alot more fun

Deathstroke all the way. Iono there are some simiilarities but I think a better matchup would have been Hitman vs Punisher or mebbe Deadshot vs Frank castle

Not to my knowledge. I'm pretty sure he's still a human vigilante with more agression issues than Batman. Plus in a Wolverine/Punisher crossover they hinted he might not be as masculine as they think... lol

That issue was indeed published and its as real as the resurrection of Colossus. My buddy at the Comic Book shp showed it to me and we were both laughing like crazy. Looks like Punisher has a fascination with musical theatre...

And speaking of people calling people sick... Who is actually dillusional enough to believe Punisher can beat Deathstroke?

Right... And why do I have the distinct feeling that you voted for Punisher, not because he can actually beat Deathstroke (which Punisher couldn't since he could barely handle Jean-Paul Valley as Batman, much less Slade) but because you just like Punisher. ;)

i don't think it would be so easy cuz deadpool is like spider-man in the sense that he jokes around to get ur mind off the battle.....and if all of that fail's he yust gets down to bizz....he jokes around alot but there have been many times when he yust stoped joking and took it seroius, and i'm sure if he was to fight deathstroke after the first time he gets his a$s handed to him the 2nd time around will most certainly be a different fight.

I don't think so. For one thing Slade uses 90% of his brain. Deadpool only uses 10%. And after the first fight, Slade will know how Deadpool moves and reacts. And dead pool doesn't know much in the way of mental manipulation. That was how Nightwing and Batman beat Slade. They screw with his head and make him question his own skills. I've read Deadpool, and he's not that swift.

So basically in a contest meant ot see who is the stronger opponent between Marvel and DC you're looking at this the way crossover writers look at it. Doesn't matter who is actually smarter, more skilled or more powerful, its who you like that will win... :rolleyes:

Not really. I heard about an issue of Legion where Time Trapper turned the team into toddlers and they still defeated him. So bascially, I think Madame Web could beat him.

Plus you drove me to hate Time Trapper. So yeah, in that case I went with who I like. But since I don't really care about Madame Web, I didn't chose the character I liked. I just went against a character who sucks.
