Yeah...still watching wrestling so this'll be short and sweet. I know what you're thinking, if it's just Kingpin vs Lex, Kingpin'd spank him, and if Lex has his suit, Lex'd spank Kingpin. But that makes a good conflict then though doesn't it? :P

Robin - March 8, 2005 04:51 AM (GMT)
Luthor has the upperhand here. He's richer than King Pin. Has more power than King Pin (He was president remember?). His enemy is stronger. And he knows his opponent's real identity.

Plus Luthor doesn't need doorways to be covered in butter in order to get through doors.

Shinobi - March 8, 2005 01:40 PM (GMT)
Yes but kingpin has just as many connection as Luthor (i think) and is just as capable of using them, and how do you know luthor is richer? I recal kingpin saying once that if he pulled out of New York now its economy would collapse its become so dependant on his 'buisness' he's also adept at fighting, if he can get luthor out of that freakin' sardine can he'd ownerate him....

kidflash3 - March 8, 2005 03:58 PM (GMT)
I agree with Robin, yet Fisk does know who Daredevil is, he tried to totally destroy him, yet Spider-man talked to him about it.

NutiketAiel - March 8, 2005 04:51 PM (GMT)
Wait, sicne WHEN does Luthor know Superman's secret identity?!?

Shinobi - March 8, 2005 05:02 PM (GMT)
Luthor has a file on him from when he was president. He knows or at least has enough evidence to believe Superman is Clark Kent. (least thats what I gatherd)

deathfromwithin - March 8, 2005 09:54 PM (GMT)
in a one on one fight with no suit and all that high tec stuff kingpin would sooo take lex he's like alll muscle and like no fat.....the fact that he looks fat is what help's him..

STOMP - March 8, 2005 10:18 PM (GMT)
Ok let me just state... that if we were to go by...

M.C. Duncan who played Fisk in Daredevil in the god awful movie (he was the only actor i liked in it)

VERSUS

Either the wussy playboy Lex Luthor from Smallville or one of the guys who played him in the original Superman movies...

Kingpin is winning on style alone...

But I mean comic wise I don't know. Be serious, Lex is never going into a fight without some gadget/robot/army so what chance does Fisk have other than to beat him at his own game.

Robin - March 9, 2005 12:48 AM (GMT)
Incorrect. Luthor is a skilled martial artist, swordsman, and weapons expert. He's surpsingly skilled, but he perfers not to get his hands dirty. They showed him spar against the Matrix Supergirl back in the day and he held his own quite well.

Kingpin is muscle, but he's bulky. Luthor is muscle and his more nartual. He's got agility on his side. Not Batman or Daredevil type, but enough.

Besides Luthor isn't an idiot. He's not about to walk into a fight unprepared.

Besides, Luthor is the World's Greatest Criminal Mind for a reason. Fisk is only the greatest criminal mind of New York and parts of North America.

STOMP - March 9, 2005 08:23 PM (GMT)
Ok but Michael Clarke Duncan is a thug!

Shinobi - March 9, 2005 08:54 PM (GMT)
I'm curious...when did 'thug' become a compliment? And while i'm at it when did 'dog' replace 'cat' as in 'yeah the cats'll be comin up to my crib tonight' LIke in the jazz age?

Also, whose to say that if Kingpin managed to get Luthor in a vulnerable position (remember in Marvel Vs Dc they werent given warning just teleported to their place of battle and since this is a redo of that...) that Kingpin isnt able to just soak up all the damage Lex would do too him, its possible that he could handle the pain and then when Lex is exhausted put a real hurtin on him.

Plus...am I the only one who thinks that if Kingpin did beat him...he'd then cannibalize lex?

Robin - March 9, 2005 09:26 PM (GMT)
...

Justin... Kingpin is a mob-boss... Not an bad stero-typical South African tribal leader...

And Lex has paid some of the greatest martial artist to teach him to fight. Luthor can hold his own against Kingpin. He can hold his own against quite a few super-heroes of the DCU afterall like Matrix Supergirl.

Shinobi - March 9, 2005 10:21 PM (GMT)
Yes, but just because they're great martial artists doesnt necisarrily mean they are good teachers....as for matrix supergirl...at least this time i posted my opinion BEFORE you managed to rip it apart like the cruel man you are.

And Kingpin is as well an adept martial artist.

As well...what did I call him a stereotypical african tribal leader?

Robin - March 9, 2005 11:37 PM (GMT)
Did you ever watch those old Tarzan movies back from the 50's and 60's. All the South African Tribes were considered canabilse. (And now you know...)

Shinobi - March 10, 2005 01:23 AM (GMT)
Actually i made the joke because he's huge.

Robin - March 10, 2005 02:29 AM (GMT)
Yes... I am aware of that. I was reacting to your joke with one of me own... +_+

Shinobi - March 10, 2005 02:34 AM (GMT)
Yes, well i'm dense and gullible.

Marx - March 22, 2005 10:09 PM (GMT)
And so Lex used his giant suit to throw a chicken wing out the window and Kingpin dived after it ironically enough smushing Spiderman and never living to see what he actually did. Poor guy... Next one'll be up soon.
