Yeah, I know what you're thinking. Aren't there like, tons of stories that haven't been finished yet before you give an idea for another one? But fear not! If this idea does become a story I'll wait until at least 2 or 3 of the current ones have finished. Unless they all simotaneously come to dead stops. ;) *coughhinthintcough*

Basically I was on the bus today reading "Gen 13 Interactive" which was a pretty cool idea. It's basically a comic book version of those choose your own adventure books, where at the end of each comic you'd have to vote on what should happen to the characters and that's what was written in the next issue. So I'm bored and half awake on the bus and I think, hey! This would be a pretty good idea for an RPG story, of course there's the fact that an RPG in itself is in fact an interactive story. So here's how it would work, keep in mind I literally just thought this up this morning so I'm totally open to any ideas including. "Dude, it's a cool idea and all but it ain't gonna work."

I'm thinking we'd start the story with a few characters, probably 5 or so and when it came to the voting part the story would stop and I'd put up the options you could vote for. Of course if I made a poll for it that would take away all the fun since everyone would know what they're character would be doing by checking polls. So the idea is for some of the votes to be PMed to me, I say some because the votes for what my character would do would be sent to someone else so even though I'd be the GM I still wouldn't know the choice until it was time to start the story up again.

Some of the votes will be serious, while some would be just straight up goofy it'd be up to people, especially including those not involved in the story which it'd be. Of course the problems would be lack of voting would make the story lag and the nature of the idea means there's be at least a little autoing of other people's characters. Not much but just putting them where they'd need to be. Oh one last thing, the characters don't necessarily have to accept the decision, like...if Harm or Robin ended up being in a two piece bikini jumping out of a cake they'd get the hell out of there! Let me know what you think.

I got a interactive idea why don't we star a poll for the story ideas we have not used which ever get's the most votes become are story are new storylines.

That's what we usually do actually. Might be doing it fairly soon actually since the current main story's just about over I believe.
