It's release date? November 16th, 2004, internationally.

November 16..? We get it on November 9, same day as my friends birthday and the last day of big tests.
Almost every person in Sydney has pre-ordered Halo 2. Except me. I don't care, and me being cheap will wait until the price goes down a bit or get it burnt. The day it comes out there's a heap of us having an xbox Night, hook up 2 xbox's and get my ass kicked in Halo 2 all night.

....I hate it when people mistake half life 2 for halo 2 because of the name similarities and the kick-assness....
....I was tempted to yell at you in this thread...but I kept my cool for the most part.
Halo 2 has been gold, comes out Nov. 9th (my birthday) for the Xbox. It features Master Chief.
Half Life 2 went gold on monday, comes out Nov 16 (a week after my birthday) for the PC. It features Gordon Freedman.

Oh, and Half-Life two should be good, I loved the first one. At my old school we put it on the teachers drive and installed it on every computer in the school. Was like a big lan party.
It's a shame my computer won't be good enough to run it though.

For you in the USA perhaps, but us (apart from France) in the EU have to wait 2 extra days because the US think we're a bunch of scammers with our retail stores. They think that we'd put Halo 2 on sale early when they arrived at the stores. But look what happens, it doesn't happen here in the EU, but it happens in the US! Grr...
