How come the system says maximum file size is 976 megs, yet I can't even attach something 143kbs? Is this a glitch? Whats goin on?

Odd, Super Mods have a max attachment size of 999999 KB (Same as Admins, but members can't attach anything) It might be a glitch, but it would be one I'm not aware of.
