Great, I was gone for four hours for my cousins birthday party and now this.

My account was hacked.

Someone hacked into my account, and changed my password AND e-mail address. I know that my password was changed because Firefox stores my password so I don't have to enter it everytime, earlier after I changed my name I delted the stored password and restored under my new name, I used that feature to long me in and out numerous times after my name change. Now, however, it says that that password is wrong, even when I type it in it's wrong. So I tried doing that E-mail thing where it e-mails you a password or something, and it never came.

Now, this isn't that bad. We may have to move again, but since hardly anything been done here, it'll be cake.

This has caused me to greatly reconsider something though. People who know me can tell you something, my password for eveything is the same, and a few weeks ago my sister told my Comcast password to DT. I should have changed right then, but I didn't. I am starting to greatly reconsider him not doing it, or, if he didn't, one of his friends. After all, he's been saying that HE hasn't hacked ZE, no mention of any of his contacts. Plus, this wasn't ZE that was hacked, it was just an account.

So, for now, let me calm down a little, and think up a new password. While ZE has been hacked numerous times, never have I been.

No, it won't. I checked on my other boards (no more of a test boards) and mods can't do anything to admin accounts, you couldn't do enough anyways.

It looks like we'll have to move, but we'll need a new name as I can't delete this board now...

Well lately I've used one password but I have many and I told tell them to anyone. That's probably why I'm safer.

If we do move again, cange all your passwords, don't even tell your sister them. One thing is, can't someone delete this board if we move again, I know you are the only admin and can't access your account, but someone from invision or something, I don't know that much about it.

Obviously it was hacked by someone who really hates ZE, either because he/she was banned or because he/she was a loser.

At any rate, even though I mentioned how I hated ZE many times during my stay here, I can assure you that I never hacked the board, no matter how much I felt like doing so.

P.S. This is why you shouldn't tell a soul your account information. I don't care if the board moves, to be frank. I've become quite used to it.

You're going back to AOL.... goodness... Well anyway, Comcast is a good place to start, as far as you are the only other person besides me that uses Comcast, don't want that hacked.

You really should look for a local ISP. AOL just sucks... Local ISPs don't require software to connect, are cheaper (19.95 vs AOLs 26) and still take you to the same internet. Its unlimited and theres no extra programs hogging memory when you're connected. I use NuNet. The beauty is, most operating systems come with some way of connecting to the internet on its own. We have used this ISP since the early 90's

Hey, I check the who's online thing a lot. Seem Zelos/Ramirez got logged into his account again, as the admin Zelos is loggen on an the other account he was using wasn't. It's in the admin CP so he's probably changing the password.

Turns out my pasword was, "dangnabit" and e-mail "blanker@dangit.com", interesting.

So, no more move! Rejoice!

And yes, I changed my password to my way more secure one now.

Ever tried Netcom? It's a totally crappy internet service. I've used it before and I usually always had busy signals and stuff. I still have the installation discs, yok yok!

HaTcH, yes, they were very fake for your information. I did and still do use that password in some areas, but I use a 64 character password for all my website stuff. I'm confused as to why it was there.
