Mangband is a roguelike/MMPORG combination. Go into the dungeon, kill monsters, have fun with other people, build your character up. Graphics requirements for the game are nil, but the game itself is incredibly complex.

I've got a computer that can play doom 3, but I prefer mangband anyway - a great game, and this is after having played it for several years.

I reccommend you pick the server dserv.rh.rit.edu, as it is the most active in general. Aim me if you need help playing. The server admin is very involved, adding new features to the game, fixing bugs, etc, and he himself might be on for advice.

There's documentation on mangband.org, press ? to bring up help file..

: to move to chat window, escape to go back to game.. w to wield, t to take off, b to buy, those are some of the most common commands.

Talk about low budget..

Diablo was pretty good, But WoW came out, so it sucks. I played it at my friends, pretty go no?
