Title: Conversation thread
Description: A big conversation.... thread
Hetman - January 10, 2005 12:16 AM (GMT)
Note: A conversation thread. You pretty much talk a normal human being and TRY to socialize with the members of this board. And who cares if it doesn't count to your post count... okay? :3
You can pop in anytime.. just be yourself. :D
So, how's life treating you at the moment?

Hetman - January 10, 2005 12:33 AM (GMT)
I'm fine-- just looking up the link that you gave me. It looks promising. ^^
VegaObscuraTheKing - January 10, 2005 12:36 AM (GMT)
I like it...and it has many other spin-off appz that work well...
Drk-X - January 10, 2005 12:40 AM (GMT)
ZeRoRaVeN - January 10, 2005 12:48 AM (GMT)
*stares* you made a topic just to make a reply, it's ok nothing unusual. ( -_-; )
Hetman - January 10, 2005 12:51 AM (GMT)
No, its called a conversation thread. You pretty much talk a normal human being and TRY to socialize with the members of this board.
DrkX,

Your only contradicting yourself, buddy. :P
Ahhh well, I don't like a few questions from English. They really stuff you up the first time around.
VegaObscuraTheKing - January 10, 2005 01:02 AM (GMT)
I should be writing something for english but....eh.
Zero---this is the spam forum...anything (almost--at least) can go in here...
So, Hetman, did you get the prog yet?
Hetman - January 10, 2005 01:08 AM (GMT)
Yeah, I have. I think I need to download the Vorbis codec though.
ZeRoRaVeN - January 10, 2005 01:11 AM (GMT)
I noticed, I was being sarcastic, I would know, after reading Hetman's topic.
VegaObscuraTheKing - January 10, 2005 01:15 AM (GMT)
Indeed...codecs are small and work well...I, myself, only use the .flac and .shn, but might look into the .ogg codec "just incase".

Tone is lost through text, especially sarcasm.

If you want to, but if you ask me. Your just wasting your time. You might not ever need to use it. :\
MrGuy - January 10, 2005 01:26 AM (GMT)
I use .ogg and .ogm files all the time. Most Dual Language anime you can download on the web uses that format, so it's good to have. At least, I think so.
zOMG your avatar is fondling my avatar! This means war!

Damn, didn't get a band 6 for english in my Year 10 certificate. Phooey. Or any other subjects, for that matter.
I got an mp3 player just before christmas. 4gig, woo. Good enough for my needs, anyway.
And it's not a mini Ipod, the ugly little things they are.

Capitila - January 10, 2005 10:29 AM (GMT)
Yeah, it's a Nomad Creative Muvo2. Nice little hard drive to back up my files too, and I can always void the warranty and stick some more memory into the sucka, if need be.
Hetman - January 10, 2005 11:14 AM (GMT)
Most MP3s already could do that, honestly. Or just get a ISP memory stick (or whatever they are called). Oh yeah, mine happens to be a FM! Blue too. :D
How much by the way?
Capitila - January 10, 2005 11:27 AM (GMT)
Yeah, I thought that others could do it too, but I wasn't sure about flash memory based mp3 players. Even if they can, they still can't hold all that much in comparison to a micro drive/hard drive mp3 player, or an Ipod.
Think it was around $200, was a christmas present, so I'm not quite sure.
Muvo2 has an FM radio too, and also a voice recorder. Not that I use them.

The whole player itself is 310 dollars Australian, and I got a spare battery for about 16 dollars Australian, and another set of earphones for 16 dollars Australian also. I didn't like the ones that Creative supplied with the MP3. And these are really good ones. Hong Kong foreign exchange. Hehe.. thanks to my uncle living there. :P
Capitila - January 10, 2005 11:46 AM (GMT)
Heh, that's cheap.. I don't mind the ear phones that came with it, they're probably the best I have, out of around 6 pairs.
I was searching around and people have been buying the MP3 that I have just for the micro drive seeing as though it's cheaper than buying the drive outright. Then selling the shell on Ebay, and people buy it and fit it with a Compact Flash memory card. Strange people..
Eh.. 17 days till school starts. *sigh*
Hetman - January 10, 2005 12:00 PM (GMT)
Our Prelimary HSC begins. *sighs*
Capitila - January 10, 2005 12:03 PM (GMT)
Mmm... Get a senior shirt though. Woo.
Surely the fact that we're getting a new uniform outweighs the gruelling tests and examinations of the HSC? Well, maybe not.

I should study smarter... not harder. :\
The girls senior uniform looks good but it doesn't look good on dogs, thats for sure. Skirts. Guys is pretty much the same except different colour shirt. Blue-ness...
I'm going to bed, good-night.
Capitila - January 10, 2005 12:16 PM (GMT)
lol, ours is pretty similar, white shirts though. Ah, the girls senior uniform.. Is very nice. They seem to have a bit of trouble in the rain, but we don't complain too much. XD
I'm going to bed in a minute too.. G'night all.
We need a shout box.. I'm in a shout-boxing type of mood.

Nah, girls have trouble during very windy weather. And we don't complain much either. XD I need to stop procastinating, and go to bed. T_T
Good night.
Capitila - January 10, 2005 12:27 PM (GMT)
You use the word procrastinate a lot..
White shirts.. Rain.. Water.. See through.. If you get my drift.
I'm really getting to bed this time.. Really.
Right....
Now.
Once again, good night. *Pitches a tent*

Yeah, just enough for the guys in your school, go wooooooooo! (if they are hot)
Capitila - January 11, 2005 10:04 AM (GMT)
Eh, you're making me want to go back to school. Don't do that. *shudder*
Hetman - January 12, 2005 02:12 AM (GMT)
Especially on our holidays left until our cramming torture. T_T
The Zombie - January 12, 2005 02:35 AM (GMT)
Well, there are plenty of hot girls here at my college, where the dress code is REALLY relaxed. You see all kinds of cleavage and the lot. Having a girlfreind doesn't make it any easier, beleive me.
Kirbymaster212 - January 12, 2005 02:48 AM (GMT)
ooooh... conversation... Im just gonna take it that I can talk about what ever I want >:)
so how's the weather, its pointy over here with a bit of jelly bean coming out the nose of my clock. The dam pinus trees get in the way of the view of the great blanket or Nord as he strolls along his palace of fluffy uffy, pussyusums gumdrop slugs. He is very concerned about this and really needs an opinion about what to do...
Edit: *reads original post* civilized manner! dam....
