I'd like to tell you a story all about how
I was neck deep in water and almost drowned

the time I got TSUNAMI'D in a town called Phuket.

On vacation in Asia, everything fine
My family and I, payin' the weather no mind
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool
Then I saw the water churnin' in the motel pool
'Cause a couple of plates that were under the ground
Bumped into each other while they moved around
They started one little quake and we all went pale
'Cause it ranked a nine-point-oh on the Richter scale.

I whistled for a cab and when it came near
The driver was submerged like he'd dived off a pier
If anything I'd say that this cab was wet
but I thought yo forget it get me out'a Phuket!
