Aside from the blowing up of stuff, is it very good? Any rifles? Can stealth be used or is it all just BOOM?

Yes, they have rifles. Quite a nice selection of weapons can be used. You can be stealthy if you want, I just like going gung-ho and charginging in with an assault chopper and eradicating anything in my way.
