Okay, I think everyone knows how this works. Only one rule really...for dares, it must be reasonable in order for it to be accomplished over a message board. And no forcing others to break the rules in any way shape or form.
Post if you want to participate. After we have a lot of people, I'll pick who goes first and we start!!! ^_^
And you have to pick who your victim will be so there's no point in others begging for a turn.
And you can't pick the same person who picked you...
