Nope. the two main female characters (Evy Carnahan/O'Connell and whatshername, Imhotep's girl) are played by the same actresses as in the first, Rachel Weisz and Patricia Velasquez.
Main male characters are Brendan Fraser (O'Connell), Arnold Vosloo (Imhotep), John Hannah (Johnathan Carnahan), Oded Fehr (The Medjai, what's his name with the beard and tatoos), andf Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (The Scorpion King)
Didn't watch it tonight, we were watching Troy, with Sean Benn, Eric Bana, Peter O'Toole, Brad Pitt, Brian Cox, and Orlando Bloom...among others...

My Information Processes and Technology teacher looks identical the actor who plays Imhotep on The Mummy. It's freaky.
Generally I think the movie was pretty decent, but nothing special.

Alexzander would be a wierd movie because Colen Ferral, one of the most obviously straight guys, playing a gay guy.
