Well, simple question. Which one do you like best?

Honestly, as COOL as those aliens are, and how damn freaky they are, I HAVE to say Predators. Why? Becuase they are far superior to humans, severely intelligent, strong and just plain kick butt. I love them things. They are cocky and just damn awesome.

Alien vs. Predator made me like them even more when they gave them a sense of humor, honor and human like personality. They just seem really cool.

What one do you like best? Why?

Aliens, dude. Not only are they so frickin' cool looking, they can rip you to shreds, swarm you in packs, has larvae that kills you from the inside, and can climb walls with the greatest of ease.

True. Plus the queens are badass evil things that have one hell of a nasty attitude. I have the queen box set. Tis awesome. *pets alien only to have her hand melted off by acidy spit* Now I remember why i like Predators more. ;) :lol:

In all honesty, I can't stand Aliens or Predators. I just felt like posting because I can and this is the Spam Forum.

Oh, and I like Preds too. The first movie was great. Unfortunately, the rest sucked arse. I just like Aliens more 'cause I'm more into creepy crawlies of the netherworld something or other.

Tough decision to make here, I really like both.

The Alien movies: first one was good, second one was the best, third one was ok, but the fourth one, meh. AvP, bought the dvd which I like alot.

The Predator movies: the first one was the best; the second one...no comment.

Still kinda hard to choose, tho...m-a-an! *frets*

Aliens. Definately Aliens. Aliens look cooler, there's more originality behind their design, and they just plain kick butt. Aliens pwn Predators.

Predators = Outsmarted by Arnold Shwartzeneggor. XP


I think it's *obvious* that Aliens pwn Preds. XD

Let's face it folks, my coolness pwns either of theirs. :P

But my vote goes to Predators.

Aliens own Preds. They listen to Gwen Stefani, which makes them ultimately the coolest.

Aliens eat one Pred at a time. Preds nuke 50 Aliens at a time...

Preds only nuke that many when they blow themselves up. Too bad it actually takes around... 35 seconds to blow up (the Predator system works in sevens I believe). By that time they'd already be pwned in close combat.

They could use their plasma caster if they wanted to be cheap, but even if they hit the Alien (which would be in mid leap by the time it takes to lock on/fire) the acid would melt the Pred.

Not to mention that Pred stealth has no effect on the Alien's vision. But the Pred needs to switch to electromagnectic vision in order to pick up the Aliens.

In short, by the time a Pred was actually ready to fire, it'd be in several pieces :P

Henceforth why movie Preds (who were tactically dumb as a rock) aren't a good judge of how Predators perform overall...

As I said, it comes down to numbers. 1-to-1, I give to the Alien if the Pred is stupid (like the Aliens). In groups, Preds pwn Aliens, tis that simple.

I'm basing my calculations off a combination of the Pred from the first movie, which was quite intelligent and the abilities they have in the AvP games.

But the thing is, there'd never be one Alien (usually). Sure a Pred could win one on one if the Alien didn't use stealth (which they do). The only time an Alien would be alone is if it's a Queen. And yeah, even with a Plasma Caster the Pred isn't going to win that one.

What about Glover?

The original Predator played divide and conquer when facing superior numbers. Which is why I say that multiple Preds pwn multiple Aliens, as in an ambush the Preds are just a bit better equipped than the Aliens are.

I know you're a bit depressed that the Preds are superior to the Aliens in every way possible, but really... to summon your superhuman alter ego to make your point goes a bit far man. :lol:

I like the Aliens, becuase they are cool, scary, and evil... But Predators are more, human like and just seem more interesting. Those Alines are just over grown ants, with acidy blood and... yeah... evilness. >.<
