Why??? No monthly fees, one time payment for the game, easy navigation, low bandwidth use, lots of people, constant streaming upgrades instead of expensive expansion packs that you have to buy, low loading times, 56k friendly...and MANY other reason.
At least I can actually name reasons for why I like a game other than "z0mfgz t3h zw3z0m3z!!! 34t l33t!!!"

What are the chapters exactly?
I am thinking of Mesmer/Warrior, I havn't even dled it yet, so is that a good combo?

Mesmer-Warrior is a decent combo. However, Mesmer is very hard to handle...besides...really pointless to have Mesmer as your primary if your gonna be a warrior anyways. A MUCH better combo would be Warrior-Necromancer. Use warrior as your primary and build up your strength and make sure you have good equipment, and use Necromancer's abilities to heal or support yourself in battle...
Of course, my combination is Elementalist-Monk...This allows me to concentrate only one my magic to attack and heal and depend on equipment for defense and endurance. This is perfect with my particular party members. My other party members consist of a Warrior-Necromancer, Elementalist-Mesmer, Necromancer-Ranger, Ranger-Monk, and Warrior Ranger.(We also once had a Warrior-Elementalist but we booted him because he was a total n00b...) With this team, we can deal insane damage, and half the team can place curses and such while the other half can heal the party. Nice.
