but G4 bashing is alright, since they suck horribly. they're not funny, the content is dull, and they're total sellouts. I really miss TechTV...

But TechTV is G4. Im I missing something here...
Mostly all the shows that were on techTV is on G4. I dont see much of a diffrents. There were both pritty boring here and there.

oh, there's a huge difference. nearly every TechTV show and host was axed, all the tech info was replaced by games info, and the new target audience stopped being smart people and started being little kids and stoner gamers. thus, intelligence and humor was replaced with immaturity and idiocy. its a cryin' shame. ah well, good cant exist in this world for too long...

Welcome Spartis! I had something else to say but I have a bad memory/I'm too lazy. Just pretend I said something really funny and cool.

Well, G4 was good when it had the original Tech TV content such as The Screensavers and X-Play...

Now, the only things I watch is X-Play, Filter, old episodes of Cheat, and Icons from time to time. I hate how they got rid of Cory Rouse as the old Cheat host...it was amusing to watch him act like he was high on games and such...

filter is only interesting to see who wins. the host is irritating. icons can be alright sometimes. cinematech feels like they're trying to fill an empty half hour slot. I never liked cheat. If anything, its better now as hints rather than codes. X-play used to be great. Now its barely funny. The old voice is gone, the jokes are much lamer now, everything is just like a celebrity cutout or crude animation, and they keep plugging gamefly and ebgames during the show like sellouts.

I see no point in cinematech at all. and they replay the some game, What do you call it, movie thing?? sometimes. Once I saw snakeater 3 times on in that half hour.
X-play, at least you get to see what is coming out and what games are out, though it did get pritty lame.

I find cinematech a complete waste of time. God, fear the "return of the oldies" episodes. Ten minutes of pong was the most boring thing anyone could ask for. The only decent episode was when they went and said "Blah Blah game is banned in X country due to blah." So many military games are banned in China...not even funny...
