Click on the PM thing on the bottom of an individual's post. You get to message them privately/personally. Say whatever you want but with significance would be nice. =)

PM's are Private Messages, sending things to other members without having anyone else being able to read it.
Go up the top of a page and click 'help', everything you need to know about the board system should be there.

And just do what I do.. push button! Then you'll know what they do! And If the button makes the computer explode, then you'll know not to push that button next time~!

A member title is basically a title, usually of hierarchy on a board (without the authorative connotation). Custom titles allow you to customize these titles yourself, although most of the time-- depending on the user, it can be corny or cheesy or the opposite. =D
