How do you take screenshots from a video? I tried screencapture but it shows te window it's in and when I close the original, the picture inside the window of the copy disappears. :angry: I hate you wal-mart computer! *hisses*

Asuming you are using windows media player you have to change the proformance setting from full to none or in the middle.
Its Tools>options>proformance.

Um yea we had alot of topics about this....but you're better off taking screenshots from windows movie maker...well if they're alot, because they have this special button for it...and that means you don't have to edit the picture after since you're taking a screenshot of the entire screen....

Movie *Maker*...should be somwhere under Entertainment. You might need to download it if for some reason it didn't show up with your copy of Windows...

Movie maker only opens when it feels like it. Oh well... Got my pic anyway.
