I was typing and I accidently hit some random keys, I'm pretty sure they were on the right side of the keyboard. I think it messed up the brightness or something on my screen because it's all dark now, not dark as in black but just dark. And now my eyes are hurting from looking at it...so if anyone knows how to fix this please help!

Is this an intel pro graphics whatcha-ma-jig for HP computers or laptops? If so you're gonna have to search your system tray for the icon and try and adjust the brightness. If not, perhaps its an ATI thing, but they all do the same job. (SiS makes one too) Just scroll your mouse over the tray and wait for the tooltips to come up. Look for one that says Graphics or Display properties or something. If you can figure out what the program is, you can either poke it yourself until you find "gamma" or "color" or "brightness" or tell us what the program is so perhaps someone can help ya.

Its possible that this can be fixed by going to the display properties that you get to by right clicking the desktop>Properties>Settings tab>Advanced> and look around in there....

If you want to test for Intel, press [alt]+[Up] or [alt]+[Down] and watch to see if your screen inverts... XD

I'm assuming this is a laptop as you can adjust the brighness on a regular monitor manually....

Heh, apparently when my battery gets low, it does that, because when I plugged my laptop into the charger, the screen went back to normal...I guess it conserves energy that way?
