Where can one go for decent discussion on Zoids and Zoid related topics? I've tried AOL but I don't speak 1d10+.

There's a chat on Pheno's but no one's ever in it that I see, which is likely because it's Java...it eats my compy's brain, anyway.

I've never really seen any active Zoids chats, actually, unless you count insane informal things with a few friends.

IRC is superior. Though I'll never understand how to download crap from it.

ZE's AIM chat didn't fail, people just don't sign on anymore, like Ten, Kirby, Jammer, BlackChaos, and Mav Wolf. Before, everyone was also on and the chats were so fun...

IRC is messy... an AIM chat room is the way to go. But I have actually gotten into some interesting chats while being in various channels on battle.net.

IRC is messy at first, but once you get used to it, it has alot of potential like downloading stuff using commands and hitting people with trouts.

Although it took me a while to remember the commands.

I haven't been on MIRC in about two years but I could register a channel and set myself as Overmod. Then I'd need two-three people, from diffrent timezones that is, to modertate when I can't be on.

I believe they already have zoids chat somewhere which I probably don't know about, and also the chat only really a convience for instantness..and it will probably promote off-topicness..the thing about forums is that you put more thought into each of your posts, while you may put..erm..a reduced amount on MIRC...but why are you trying so hard to get this? There's easier stuff anyway...kaigeta asked me about some kind of chat to put on zoids portal...something like that would be linked to the forum and would be better...

Back in the day we used to run five seperate MIRC channels for Star Trek. I was going back through the logs and decided that since I still have all my MIRC stuff setup maybe we should start one for Zoids.

Then again, honestly I can't think of a good reason myself. But I figured I'd toss the idea out there and see what came of it.

MIRC is alright... But not a whole lot of members can use it or are not on that much.

I started out my internet 'career' on IRC through pIRCh, but it's been YEARS, I'm rusty on the commands and all. *JammerLea confused!

The AIM chatroom was fun... maybe we should try that again. I just... had to change my AIM SN from the last time. That's why it seems like I'm never on. >_> I still have a few chats saved from before...
