Title: Forum Restructuring

Since ZE is a smaller community than it once was, we have restructured some of the boards. Mostly this means moving and merging various forums that are fairly inactive and do not get enough, well, activity to support them being seperate from another forum or category. Here is the line up for what was moved and where:
Announcements
The Announcments forum was moved to the General Categeory, as you have probably noticed since you are reading this. The previous Announcements Category is now strictly for the Board Rules, so that they still have their special place where everyone should be able to notice them.
Members Forum
This was moved inside the General forum. Everything is still there. No worries.
Zoids News/Zoids Other
These two forums have now been merged together to forum Zoids General.
Zoids Media
This was NOT moved, but was renamed to Zoids Fanworks
Other Anime
This Category has been knocked down to two forums. Anime Discussion is the result of merging the previous Anime Discussion with Anime News and Anime Other. Anime Fanworks was previously Anime Media
Movies/TV/Music
These three forums were merged into General.
Jokes and Funny Stuff
This forum was renamed to Humor.
Spam
This forum was renamed to Randomness.
All Advertisement Forums were deleted. If you have a site you would like to advertise, please do so within your signature. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Also we're making a new rule that topics within the spam forum will have a limit of 10 pages.
The RPG section has not been touched yet. There is a lot more to be discussed for it before any changes are made there.

Jammer, if you want the board to move away from the pure-spamminess in the "randomness" forum you have a to tell people to stop posting really really spammy stuff...

I like her description: "This is a forum designed to keep spam away from the rest of the board, by putting it all here."
That pretty much says that all spam topics go there.

I think it's fine. I have a spam forum on my own board, Blue Sky Height, and I really don't care about how spammy stuff is.
I do, however, have a basic page limit. It's an unwritten rule though. I once asked people to end a topic, because it reach about 10 pages, and I told them they could just start a new one to continue it. I only told them that once, and since then they've just done it on their own.
Fancy that.
