Su-37 Terminator
Why:
For one, it just looks awesome. The shape and design appeal to me more than most other aircraft. It is also extremely agile and manueverable thanks to the thrust vectoring nozzles on its exhaust and the leading edge canards in front of the main wing surfaces. It also happens to be very fast, due to having two engines that put out plenty of thrust. Although it makes it more costly and less efficient on fuel, it allows it to strike quicker and make due for the excess fuel used. It also can equip a wide variety of different ordinance and take on a wide variety of missions.
Much more, but I don't really feel like putting 3 pages worth lol.

Fighter- F16 Fighting Falcon
Why- Its looks. Runs on one engine. While this may not give the speed of an F-18, this lowers cost and makes a more efficient aircraft.
Helicopter- AH-1 Super Cobra
Why- The Marines use it. 'Nuff said.
Bomber- B1B Lancer
Why- Its just massive! Its got a large payload and speed the B-52 could only dream of. Variable wings too.

Concorde are a cool. Its a bloody shame ther'ye not used anymore.
I was in one when I went to NYC. They had one parked next to the USS Intrepid. The interior is actually really small. I had to bend my neck down even when walking through the isle(Im 6'1). I got my picture taken next to the Mach counter thing.

Mine & my fathers would have to be the Grumman F-14 Tomcat.
Just for plane looks: The thing just looks badass. Also has one of the most powerful radar systems on a jet from it's time.
