Sounds like a parody of last Christmas' Nintendo DS thing where these parents sold the three DS' they had bought for their kids on EBay because they were being bad... I'm not sure if that was real, either, though.

heh thast preety funny. i wonder if it was real. my brothers friends did the same thing to him about 5 years ago when playstation was still new. they got a PS car wheel box but a brick in it and a barbie puzzle box inside the barbie box was an Xplodder one of those cheat cartridges you plug in the back off thE PS. it was fun at the time.
