Actually yes.
It does involve splitting, but not at the movie maker level. You get your file, and run a program like
this on it. This will yield pieces of the file which you cannot watch. It will also create a batch file in the same folder. You send that along too. Once the 2nd party has all the pieces and the batch file, all they do is run the batch file and it recombines the pieces into one. I've used the Jonesoft File Splitter before and it is a good program.
This will work much better than just creating like 10 small wmv files.
