Title: Crash...

Fury OD - January 28, 2006 03:58 AM (GMT)
Crash..That's the name of the movie I just finish watching .It was very intruding and I think everybody gota watch it. It shows the world how racism, and discrimination works ,and how it effects the people around them...I got to say that 95% of the things they talked about was true..Things I hate hearing, and its true..This movie is recommended..Even Oprah had done a show on it.She even recommend it..I dout not that many people had seen it, but I say go to blockbuster or a local video store and watch it. It'll show you things that you would not even think about in a million years..

It first starts out as two black guys walks in the streets of LA, surrounded by the majority who is white. The older one, is played by Ludacrise(famous raper)is teaching the kid about racism stuff..Anyway, a couple walks pass them and the woman grips her husband arm..Ludacrise, or the older black guy rants about how the woman see them so she grabs her hubby's arm..Well she have all right to do that because they end up taking there guns out and robing the couple like in a few seconds..from there the story opens out.New characters appear, and they all in a sense clash together..

I recommend you seeing it ..my summery isn't accurate and the movie had sooo many things in it..Some guy almost kills this guy, who does this for some other guy, who did this to this girl and ext..It exculates and it opens into many stories which in the end is one big story..there's no anime and cartoons in it, but I figured I'll tell others about Crash...Like I said ... Most of everything in it was TRUE..

FOD 1

We went and watched it for school when it came out, it's a really good movie. Nice to see a movie come out every now and then that doesn't worry about being polically correct, and just shows it how it is. Although probably because of that it didn't get a lot of publicity in this country, and would only be shown in like 1 or 2 cinemas in Sydney.
Quite a few well known people in it too, Sandra Bullock and Brendan Fraser were among the cast.

Yes indeed it was a good movie.

One of those which isn't some trite, studio-industry product, but actually is about something meaningful.

There ought to be more of these movies that deal with real issues.

I absolutely loved that movie. I rented it and watched it with my family and my jaw was practically on the floor half of the time, because yeah, that stuff is really what happens, whether we like it or not.

(also, I don't know if this counts as a spoiler or not, but...just in case, don't read on.

I found it funny that the white guy at the gunstore was giving the two persians hastle about wanting a gun so they could kill people, yet he was the one who owned a store devoted to guns, and knew all of these things about guns, and the persians were clueless about these weapons)

I love how that transpired later, it worked into the plot so well.
I was on the edge of my seat when the Persian guy went up to the handyman's house, with the gun. And what happened after (Not going to spoil it, because it is worth seeing)

Very good movie it is.
