Title: Daylight Savings
HaTcH - April 2, 2006 03:10 AM (GMT)
Don't forget, tonight (Saturday) the clocks go forward.
Spring ahead, fall back.
JammerLea - April 2, 2006 03:33 AM (GMT)
Now that I wish was an April Fool's joke.
But... then again, I sleep too much anyways.
Fury OD - April 2, 2006 03:39 AM (GMT)

sammich - April 2, 2006 03:39 AM (GMT)
I have to go to sleep early because I have to wake up earlier for work. :/ I hate daylight savings.
Grey Wolf - April 2, 2006 03:41 AM (GMT)
You only lose an hour today but afterwards its back to normal.
Momonga - April 2, 2006 03:59 AM (GMT)
Daylight saving was a couple of weeks ago here. I didn't get my extra hour of sleep, because I completely forgot about it. And I didn't remember until lunch time X_x
Scottfab - April 2, 2006 01:08 PM (GMT)
I hate Daylight Savings Time. Its already 8am!
ZeRoRaVeN - April 2, 2006 02:31 PM (GMT)
It's that time already? Well, I just have one more clock to change...
HaTcH - April 2, 2006 08:52 PM (GMT)
Tell me about it.. I had work this morning at 5am.. Getting up was a pain...
Aeireono - April 5, 2006 10:23 PM (GMT)
I dunno, I kinda like it...
Well really, I just like the sun setting "later". Somehow I feel happier when it's daylight for longer... not sure why. Just one of those things.
xXfriedenXx - April 5, 2006 10:27 PM (GMT)
I hate it.. especially in the fall when they make it get dark at 5.
Atrophy Within - April 6, 2006 07:40 AM (GMT)
I never know what time it is, so I guess this doesn't effect me in the slightest. I would be no more shocked by the hour differance, than if I thought it was around 4am, and it was 4pm. I did that the other day, woke up, seeing the sun shining in my window, but thinking it was coming from the east, and assuming it was 6am. Not realising it was coming from the west, going down, adn it was 6pm.... *shakes head* Meh.
JammerLea - April 6, 2006 05:48 PM (GMT)
@Aeireono: The sun's UV rays have certain vitamins that actually do make people happier. It's part of the reason more people get more depressed during winter months than during the summer.
@xXfriedenXx: If it wasn't for Daylight Savings in Fall it would be getting dark at 4pm. o_0;
I forgot we changed time already... no wonder my sleep schedule is thrown off...
Vash - April 6, 2006 11:37 PM (GMT)
hahahahahahahaha vash's times dont change, and vash has decided that vash will speak in third person, and that vash will say strange things such as this question: if you're paddling upstream in a canoe and a wheel falls off, how many pancakes can fit in a doghouse?

In some northern countries, it's night for about half the year. Apparently they have a large rate of suicide during that time, because people aren't exposed to sunlight for ages. I've been told that they use special street lights that can give the people the vitamins. And they go to sunbeds and whatnot as well.

| No, it'd get dark at 6. |
But... when Daylight Savings starts in Fall, you fall behind an hour... thus the actual hour, if left unchanged, would be 4pm instead of 5pm... Someone correct me if I'm wrong, math isn't my strongest subject. o_0;;
And yes, Vash, I finally figured out Indiana doesn't observe Daylight Savings... so for half of the year Indiana and Michigan are actually on the same time... It weirds me out, man. XD;

Hetman - April 9, 2006 02:28 PM (GMT)
Daylight savings loves Hetman (and everyone else in the southern side!) and hates you all! Hetman gain one extra of sleep whilst everyone affected in the northern hemisphere derives one hour of sleep. :)

Drk-X - April 9, 2006 05:17 PM (GMT)
