HaTcH - June 6, 2006 06:38 PM (GMT)
Well I haven't done much if any art outside the zoids domain recently... sooo

Beyond the junk at KSZ, some of my newer arts include:

http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/fando...h/barigator.jpg Barigator!

http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/fando...h/zerojager.jpg Jager!

and Notebook scribbles like...
http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/downl...alcsullivan.jpg a sketch of my math teacher!
and
http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/downl...unknownzoid.jpg Not paying attention!

http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/downl...ages/trench.jpg O'connell in a trench coat!

and finally
http://www.bearcreekfire.com/zoids3d/downl...plorer_yard.jpg a boy and his truck. XD

Zeke - June 6, 2006 06:47 PM (GMT)
Lol, I see you get bored during class, HaTcH. Sounds like me in half my classes. XD. I pat attention though, only doodling when I'm done w/ the work. Haha, like the math teacher. I can't draw people.

HaTcH - June 6, 2006 07:47 PM (GMT)
I'm really not the greatest at it either..

And I really should be paying more attention! College isn't like highschool.. when you don't look, you miss stuff... alot of stuff. Highschool was a joke.. I graduated with a 4.0 cumulative GPA. (I didnt get valdectorian because of a few b's though... )

Someone at gaia wanted crappy art, and I am the crappiest!

HaTcH - June 6, 2006 09:28 PM (GMT)
Heh. Leaf.

Random clothes/apparel items are always fun... What is it, the strawberry children things that have berries on their heads?

Wind - June 6, 2006 10:46 PM (GMT)

here's one i drew recently. I was bored beyond belief. os i just opened up paint.. and painted ^^

xXfriedenXx - June 6, 2006 11:02 PM (GMT)
XD It was some dude's avatar at gaia.. He has a leaf on his head. :o

Atrophy Within - June 7, 2006 01:55 PM (GMT)
God, Hatch you are such a good artist. That Barigator sketch is just awesome.

Mmmm, Bit-O-Honey candy is gooooood..... hehe

JammerLea - June 8, 2006 06:18 AM (GMT)

Momonga - June 8, 2006 07:43 AM (GMT)
All my digital art ends up at deviantart. (http://zinkymomo.deviantart.com/)

I haven't finished anything in a while.. I have a few pictures that are wanting me to finish them..

Have a slightly-old progress shot:

cerberus381 - June 8, 2006 08:52 PM (GMT)
Knock yourselves out. I reccommend looking at my Scraps, they're completely random x3

ShadowDragon062 - June 9, 2006 12:49 AM (GMT)
You do have a lot of stuff... Jeeze Em, categorize them!

sammich - June 9, 2006 03:48 AM (GMT)
I didn't participate in the 'old art' thread because I couldn't find my drawings as a kid. But believe me they were every bit as atrocious as anyone else's.

Some newer stuff includes:

my gallery of stuff!

currently sketching this drawing right here at this very moment.

Uh, I have galleries on Deviantart, sheezyart and Y!Gallery. I use the sammich username on all of them, so it's fairly easy to find if you're interested. The dA gallery also has some wretched art I drew from way back in 2003.

EDIT: finished that sketch. Not quality stuff, but fun none the less.

Categorize? NEVER xD

SHINY.

Matrixdragon - June 10, 2006 06:16 PM (GMT)
My DA gallery.

Whoopee.

I'm currently working on this.

EDIT: ^Which is now finished.

HaTcH - June 10, 2006 06:43 PM (GMT)
Hey, Matrix, thats a pretty cool dA gallery. Do you color everything on the computer?

I like your desigs for organoids and wolves. ;D

Matrixdragon - June 10, 2006 06:53 PM (GMT)
Thankies!^.^ No, I don't do all my art on the computer. There's a mix of traditional and digital drawings on there. I do all my oekaki stuff at Koneko's board.

HaTcH - June 10, 2006 08:17 PM (GMT)
Thats something I always wondered about.. what makes Oekaki special? Isn't it just like an online version of MS Paint? And alot of people do art on them O_o; I just don't get it.

~ Not to mention, that they're often not in english :P

Tilly - June 10, 2006 09:45 PM (GMT)
Oekaki can be anything from not much better than Paint to around the level of openCanvas 1.1 (I've used ones with very similar watercolor tools). If you want to draw crap with no worries about bothering people while you learn, I set this one up for doing stuff that's just like...sitting there unused because I'm lazy.

http://www.creativeinsanity.net/stuff/oekaki/

...and if it won't let you register, gimme a poke.

ShadowDragon062 - June 11, 2006 04:31 PM (GMT)
Which reminds me... what ever happened to Zoids Oekaki Board? And what about the main site? Will all that just be gone forever?!

And Hatch, I might migrate to PSP7 soon... MS Paint is beomcing a hassle now... Gr....

Matrixdragon - June 11, 2006 08:16 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I've been wondering about the ZE oekaki board. My friends and I used to draw there all the time. Where'd it go...?

I hope you don't mind if I join your board Tilly...

JammerLea - June 12, 2006 01:48 AM (GMT)
I was hosted on zoidsevolution.com, so when that went, all the oekaki data went too, it wasn't an outside service.

I had an oekaki board through Zoids Fan World and uh... *checking* It's been hit by a spambot... greeeeeat... *works on taking care of that*

*EDIT*

cerberus381 - July 20, 2006 02:38 AM (GMT)
I REALLY REALLY need to start resizing my stuff before I post it... >.> All my scanned pictures turn out huge in full-view, but the previews are incredibly tiny. It's so weird >.<

Is fairly recent. It's a sketch from this week's comic (on my webcomic. :B)

HaTcH - July 21, 2006 12:16 AM (GMT)
@ Cerberus: If you reduce the DPI (dots per inch) of your scanner before you scan (avaliable in a setting menu somewhere most likely) to somewhere around 100 you should get nice quality, *close to* life size.

For reference, most monitors operate at 75 DPI, so if you wanted 1:1, scan at 75 dpi?
Haven't verified that though.

cerberus381 - July 21, 2006 06:25 PM (GMT)
Yay, some good advice! Thanks HaTcH. I'll have to get clearance from my dad before I start messing with the scanner, tho' >.>;
