Longest Word
The longest word in the English language, according to the Oxford English Dictionary, is Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. The only other word with the same amount of letters is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconioses, its plural.

One of my other favorites is antidisestablishmentarianism, which is not a medical term so its a better longest word.

Ok, umm, I feel old now. Its easy to pronounce it if you go slow, then figure it it, then repeat. Most of the smaller words within I already know, so its not too hard at all. lol, Med classes will throw lots of huge words at you... >.<
